The TERP is calculated as follows:
((Qty issued shares x share price at ex-rights date) + Target monies to be raised by RI) / divided total shares after RI.
RI price = Target monies to be raised by RI / RI shares to be issued
That works out at 130.64p TERP
RI price 84p
84p equates to approximately 35.9% discount on TERP

Hi all, first post on this BB.
What I wonder is how can they calculate a TERP, they don't know the share price to work from because the ex-rights date has not been set?
If the date is in the future and the share price plunged the RI price quoted in the RNS could actually end up being a premium on the current share price at the time.

I'm just trying to get a perspective on the current price, it's not as bad as it seems in my eyes.
I got over 50% of my P/F in AML and a limit order sitting I hope gets filled.

The RI price was discounted and is nothing to do with it being diluted from 60p. "The price of 50 pence (the "Placing Price") represents a discount of 8.1 per cent. to the middle market price at the time at which the Placing Price was agreed". Read the RNS.
The existing shares were diluted 20% by issue of new shares so 52p for them
RI shares when issued represent 25% of the existing shares added at 50p

There has been nothing since the placement on 26th June that has changed. Apart from some great reviews of the DBX.

Said it before that the natural level for the share is between 50 and 52p. I calculated 51.67 based on 20% dilution of 62.4p share and issue of placement shares at 50p.

As soon as we get some news on sales volume of the DBX this is where we will be.

Immediately before the RNS about the placement the share price was 63p not 60p. The RNS said the placement would be 19.99% of issued shares. So value dropped to 52.5p.
AML sold the placement shares at 50p

The point I'm making is that it's all if's, but's and maybe's until we get actual order levels and production capacity. Needs a RMS to back it up.

We all believe in AML and it will come good, until then mid 50's is fair IMO
