Even at grassroots level there was a loan offered 'secured on assets' so the least I can say there are some strong cards in the hand, even the critics know that and clearly state what card they think should be swapped and have been critical of management. There are lot of agendas.
But from my research the assets location, geology and market, the focus for just the gas post Austrian hub explosion, global politics put the asset in good position.
Previous reports were for a different purpose the big clue is the data room which I cited back to CH's Feb FT post. So it likely reports are being prepared, by researchers, for a player with the resources that can support a whole new business case. It's been a little unlucky for a small player with pg11 but this is daily business for a bigger player and I know how trivial a moving tubing or a cement squeeze is. Also if your in the region this is your operating regulatory environment that you are familiar with daily.
