It would not surprise me IF Hainan has the resources to suppress a share price, however I do not believe they are currently interested in owning Kodal / the mine as they have the 100% OTA. They control the resource as far as they are concerned.

As someone below said, it may be JORC compliant, but not under JORC due to CH having different regulations.

Unfortunately the market and investors don't see arbitration as a blessing.

There are multiple factors at play IMO.

- Arbitration is suppressing SP (despite relationship is strong)

- Iran conflict (people are moving money elsewhere)

- revenue needs to be confirmed for 2nd (final payment after fees) and 3rd shipment (95% and remainder after grade confirmation)

- consistent output at plant: 10.9k for March is good but needs to be continuing.

Again, I believe Kodal has legs, just an unfortunate set of circumstances right now.
