I can respect that some people see fault in Kodal. However, every business has faults.

Hell, look at microsoft/xbox CEO. I'm too old to play games but even I can see it makes zero logical sense.

I don't see Kodal doing any of that: I see a business that has pushed through the development stages into revenue and expansion.

Yes, Joe is right to criticise some points, but I think some of it is made much bigger than what it is.

My theory is CNY is putting a hold on the invoice for payment being processed and accepted.

Best case, early March for news. Worst case, April update as promised in DEC RENS or whenever it was.

I think doubting this company after their second shipment has been processed is very silly.

The invoice was issued when ship was loaded, the PHYSICAL paperwork for this to be confirmed and done had to get from port to Hainan, which by my estimates was 10 working days, plus time for a pencil pusher to approve it. Despite living in the modern age, 99.9% of shipping relies on wet paperwork, physical documents, physical paper and envelopes being delivered to stamp.

There was nothing wrong with the timeframe of first shipment payment IMO.

I would argue that a "substantial" payment of however million the second shipment is merits an update.

I'm wondering if there's a delay in the shipment wet paperwork being handled due to CNY.

Otherwise I'm just sitting pretty until April.

I have no doubt we'll be making money, another few weeks isn't going to kill me, hopefully.
