The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
I feel sure that if didn’t have this overhang then we would be climbing steadily. We’ve seen huge sells the last few days from what we used to call our “tame seller(s)” but there seems to be resistance. I think that as soon as it clears we will catch the rest of the V market up in quick time.
Since you mention this Lucan, Pdub may also be interested in Avacta’s AV 6000 delivery system which has is starting clinical trials. It is not a drug, but enables existing drugs to be delivered to cancer cells without being released elsewhere in the body, allowing the dosage the tumour receives to be increased without causing the horrible side effects.
sdon, you need to write to Nick Triggle the BBC health editor. He does appear to do his research thoroughly and may be prepared to mention the new generation LFDs on the COVID debriefings.
There’s one thing that I keep at the back of my mind and that is the promise one day of a dividend. We have seen the potential for profits in the tens of millions, maybe even 100 million one day is not too far fetched. We also know that a dividend payment of just one penny would only cost £11m. At the current share price a penny dividend amounts to a return of over 5% which isn’t too shabby.
I once stayed in a small guesthouse near Scarborough while attending a large family gathering.
The next morning I noticed that it said at the bottom of the breakfast menu:
“A choice of either Yorkshire Tea or Genuine Nescafé Coffee”
It seems there’s worse than Nescafé to be had from the local cash and carry then.
I have just received the market report Email from LSE and BMN isn’t mentioned.
Metals were highlighted as the top performing sector and even though we rose by over 12% today we weren’t mentioned. Disappointing to say the least. Poor show LSE.
According to the message, only PRE performed better than us today in that sector, but four other companies were listed instead of us. Kicked in the nads again it seems.
The answer is simple. Just look at the trades today. Multiple large round number sells added to that huge late posted sell yesterday. We have at least one large seller releasing cheap shares and I believe that is the single most significant reason why we are drifting down.
The seller will stop one day, who knows maybe today, and when they do the price of V will carry us to the surface again.
It’s. frustrating that’s what it is, but nothing to stress about.
