Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Purely on the basis of being invested here from 14p all the way up to the top and down to where we are today, without taking any profit, I can totally believe it’s possible. I also believe that I am amongst a large number of people who are in the same boat as me because I read comments from a lot of people who have accompanied me all the way. Many are no longer posting on this site but they are still about posting elsewhere and say the same thing, “waiting for the relate”.
I think the problem with shares like BMN is that there has been so many of us believing that the relate is just around the next corner, just another RNS before it happens, just need news to trigger something, that we have all been like rabbits in the headlights, too afraid to bail in case it suddenly reverses. There have been many disappointments on the way and things like the tardiness of the SA Government, COVID, the war, floods, Duferco, now the World recession have all conspired to get in the way of any reversal in our fortunes. I still believe in the reversal and more than ever I see it happening during the next 12 months. The evidence is there in spite of everything listed above which I feel will have little or no impact in BMMs recovery. The figures speak for themselves now. There is more evidence than supposition to go on so I’m hanging on regardless. Currently I am 75% down but still topping up and lowering my average as I go.

It’s nice to see so many posts on here today, especially all the green filtered boxes that have lit the screen up. It tells me that good times are on the horizon and that trolls and shooters are having to work especially hard at keeping the share price from rising.
I see a company about to post healthy profits at the end of this year and look forward to its turn around and the corresponding rise in share price.
So accepting what UKsteveg and Pdub say, the important figures for me are the Operating Profits for H1 in 2021 and 2022.
This amounts to a US$ 25.8 million improvement over a six month period. That equates to over US$50 million a year. That’s more than enough to pay off the dept and have cash in the bank.
Posted before, but I recognise most of what’s happening to BMN in this article.

Hold tight Bushies.
UJ, I have come to the conclusion that all the large round numbered sells are shorts. There is no other explanation why we see these nearly every day. Today they are getting mopped up by equally large round numbered buys, so my thought are that it is not working out too well for those hoping to drive the price down much further. Neither is the rinse and repeat theory working out well today. Personally, I expect a small ternate when the Q2 comes out.
There are at least 3 Bushveld Telegram groups functioning now. The original one, which I am in has 412 members who mostly enjoy sensible, adult discussion about the progress being made by our company. I am not sure of the numbers in the other groups.
It seems sensible for every genuine investor in BMN to abandon LSE and to retire to the comparative safety of Telegram. It does however leave the question of what we do to let new investors, unaware of the damage being caused by trolls and paid derampers, what great potential is awaiting us over the next couple of years.
Should we post something on a regular basis containing some semblance of the truth and if so what should that statement say and how frequently should we post. Should we simply direct potential new investors to the BMN website, its RNSs, or something else? I don’t know the answer to this but I do know that there is plenty of information out there concerning Vanadium and the whole industry if people can be bothered to look.
The current market cap wouldn’t buy the plant currently standing on the ground in South Africa if it were a fire-sale let alone a company currently growing and making money. In my opinion the SP is being sold at giveaway prices. Just my opinion.
You have to wonder why someone like Alfred, aka Capa and so many other identities over the past 5 years, has haunted this BB, consistently deramping BMN, taunting decent private investors about their investments, seemingly taking pleasure from the paper losses that these investors have been making, while at the same time anyone with an ounce of intelligence can see that BMN is a company that is making steady progress. I ask why someone would make deramping BMN a career like this guy has done. What could possibly drive someone to waste so much of their life.. Is Alfred invested in BMN? If he is why does he continually try to take the company and it’s investors down? If he isn’t invested why bother? Has he not got something better to do with his life? Why, when his identity is banned by LSE does he go to all the trouble of creating a new one over and over and over again? The answer can only be that he is a paid troll. Yes these people aren’t just to be found in children’s story books, they really do exist, they are the lowest of the low, and they profit by making money out of the misery of others.
Alfred, please do us all a great favour and give us a break. Surely there must be other, bigger fish to fry? I don’t suppose you can be persuaded to make an honest living but for Gods sake please stop darkening our doorstep with your incessant cr*p. Please tell me I’m wrong.

Flow, interesting read but sadly BMN gets one reference as an also-ran. After writing a paragraph on all sorts of producers including FAR we get;
“The producer Bushveld minerals is located there as well.”
Has someone got an agenda here?
