Stuck in the same trading range Montmuzard, neither positive or negative posts effect the SP. So, that can leave the 'they want your shares' option as to why they're constantly negative and try to attack anything positive.

With that, the positive posts are only made to help genuine holders keep hold of their tickets, it is up to any genuine holder to follow any links that have been provided, read things for themselves and to make their own mind up what they do with their holding however.

The negative attacking posters are simply after you selling your shares, they bizarrely think that posting nonsense over and over again will make you sell!

Their narcissism leads them to believe that they can control your psychology!

The bit a lot don't appear to appreciate is what happens here -

"2016 Palladium circa $600 an ounce, 2022 Palladium circa $2000 an ounce"

It costs $350 to extract and process, so at $600 you make $250. But, now that the price is circa $2000, the costs remain pretty much the same, $350, but, what you make increases to $1650. The profit margin has multibagged since 2016.

You also get to process less metal rich ore because it is now economically viable to do so. So, both the size of ore that can be extracted has increased and also the profit that they will make on the sales of such metals. It's a simple numbers game. The DFS will give the most accurate pictire of how those numbers have changed since 2016, hence why it's a pretty vital requirement for both the buyer and ourselves as the seller at this stage of things.

No accurate material offer can be made until the most accurate resource numbers are known.

It's why the banks arrived, to better the initial non-binding proposal -

If i were the buyer i would want the 4 previously operated open pit Rosgeo JV assets thrown in as well. Why do you ask, well, because they're ready to go with being operated previously. Machinery turns up and simply begins extracting ore, very easy to get those assets going again.

Put yourself in the buyers shoes, are you going to make a meterial offer when what is there and how it can be economically extracted at todays metal prices is not known?
You're not are you, not when you're potentially looking at parting with billions of your money.

You want to know exactly what's there and exactly how it can be economically extracted before you make your material offer.

With MT the last study was done in 2016, so, what was economically viable to extract back then is far less than what is economically viable to extract at todays metal prices. 2016 Palladium circa $600 an ounce, 2022 Palladium circa $2000 an ounce. They have to do the new study for a whole host of reasons, but, a non-binding offer for X amount of economically viable ore could always be made. The material offer arrives when the economically viable amount of ore is known!

But they can make a non-binding offer Montmuzard on what the BOD has stated is there. They can offer to pay X per Moz of resource and a plan to process X amount of ore per year.
The BOD then have to prove the resource size and put in place the relevant engineering plan for X amount of ore processing tonnage per year. That comes from a DFS, once done, the known numbers are more accurate and hence a material offer can be made!

So, what you're looking at is the paperwork done with two blank areas for two entries before it is presented. One blank area for resource size and another blank area for offer price.

Once resource size at todays prices is specifically known they can calculate the offer price and fill in both blanks. Paperwork done and redy to be presented as a material offer for signing.

"All existing non-disclosure agreements interested parties have already signed with the Company in relation to the potential acquisition of the Monchetundra asset remain valid."

They habe to do the DFS etc to accurately value the asset, neither side could make or accept any offer without it being done as neither side knows what is specifically economically viable to extract at todays metal prices.

I've already explained the material offer situation. You can't make one until you know exactly what resource it is you're buying. When does that point arrive? JORC, NPV, DFS complete at MT.

We'll use MT as it is specifically stated in RNS about NDA's being in place for the acquisition of that asset. They require the most up to date DFS to do a most up to date valuation, therefore leading to the most accurate material offer.

Now, if they know the ore can be toll treated at the planned MT plant, what are the chances that they will be included in the November wider DFS? The chances are very high aren't they as they're all straight forward relaunch assets to feed the plant.

It's why the four already had reserves approved by the Russian State Committee of Reserves (GKZ), because they're previously operated open pit mining areas -

The four Rosgeo JV assets that had block modelling and open pit optimisations complete at the announcememt of the Rosgeo JV will be the pit at Sopcha, the two at NYUD and of course the large one at POAZ........all brown field relaunch open pit projects!
