The UK and EU are starting to go to war with petrols and diesels, the transition to fuel cell and battery EV's is all set to accelerate.

Moving from non-binding to binding as per RNS. To move to binding there has to be acceptable non-binding offers tabled, anyone suggesting anything else is talking absolute twaddle. It's the same as a house sale, if they offer a low ball you just reject and proceedings are stopped until a acceptable offer arrives, you don't move on to the binding part until you have something acceptable lol
