If someone moves to acquire everything right now at Monchetundra, then they're moving to secure approx 68Mox Palladium equivalent. That is perhaps the best figure to use trying to ascertain any value at this stage.

The JV is for the areas outside of the current legal exclusivity area imho. Numbers are such great fun when they're used with huge resources. What it does, is it gives Eurasia control over that previously held 36.2km2 area. The numbers all work out when you do the calculations, there will obviously be a slight difference as the calc starts with a average resource figure per km2 for the 15Moz.

And just like that it all makes perfect sense. The district may begin!

Remember this the other day i calculated using the average per km2?

Well, 104.6Moz Platinum eqv works out to be 46.201Moz Palladium eqv using todays price, add that to the 22Moz contained in the total current area, including the legal exclusivity area, and we get 68.201Moz. . . . . Just like that.

Something to ask yourself, how high would you bid to secure everything in a full acquisition scenario?. Could the BOD ignore say a figure of $15bn - $20bn at this stage?. Is that what NN have to pay to remain the dominant player?

$5bn is gone for a full acquisition, that fully left the station when that JV RNS dropped, i personally waved it off lol

The people looking to acquire the whole company with their offers will want the JV thrown in. Just how high is their offers to include a JV like that?. Crazy high, the resources blow all previous sector deals clean out of the water. However, there are also other transaction structures in place, we have no idea of what they are at this stage and so can't 100% say which way this will all go.

Nonsense, they've already been looked at by Eurasia -

It's a open pit to production JV, hence the mention of using similar EPCF contracts to the one already in place with Sinosteel.

Their own Ragsrob yes, Rosgeo's no. That is now accessible though via the JV. All that drilling data bolts on to whatever Eurasia already has from the Anglo JV days. It would take some time to go through, i guess that's where the 24 months comes into play, plenty of time to run through everything and get EPCF contracts in place etc.

NN has to move on this, they have to part of all of this somewhere along the line imho. They most definitely cannot allow this opportunity to pass them by.

The other thing is, what do we attach AP's working to now. We know they were at Monchegorsk, we now know that the whole area is accessible to Eurasia. Did they do things for Eurasia or for Rosgeo?. Either or, it all provides ground data for Eurasia in the long run tbh, such a great development to land before any FSP conclusion. The one that some only dared dream about at one stage, the district to rival Bushveld!

I might make one last adjustment Ian, i'm just totally undecided as to where to try and place it now, so many factors to try and consider with that HUGE JV, it's impossible to try and value things accurately now, it's just far higher than what anyone could have guessed previously, well not some, some went for the high levels straight away. Do we value it on what we think is for sale in the FSP, 15Moz, or do we now consider that a full company sale would include that JV position and so buyers wishing to go down that route will have to adjust things accordingly?

Who now have the massive task of running through all of Rosgeo's data for those assets?. Just for our flanks we received this -

"Since the final approval of the Flanks licence (see RNS of 25 August 2020) the Company has been putting together the database of information from previous drilling campaigns in the Flanks area, that is considerable. 48,405m drilling (announced via RNS of 18 August 2020) is related only to one part of the Flanks License (NKT) and comes on the top of 33,100m drilled by Eurasia's Joint Venture with Anglo American Platinum. The Russian feasibility study on the NKT palladium dominant mine (within the boundaries of the Flanks License) gives 15% IRR at the palladium price of $659 per 1 oz, while the current palladium price stays above $2,000 per 1 oz due to long term structural deficit in the palladium market."

Can you begin to imagine just how much drilling data etc they will have to go through for 104Moz of resources. Luckily Alexie Boucher always appeared very enthusiastic on twitter with his #exploremore hash tags. Poor bloke will have drilling data nightmares by the time this is all over with lol

I guess the best way to look at any valuating now, is to take whatever you figured out for 15Moz and then understand that the true potential future value going forward is far greater. It's basically a exponentially unknown potential value, crazy i know, but that's where we're now sat tbh.

Like i stated yesterday, this is now far beyond my capability of trying to valuate it. First mover position on a resource rich district is a crazy thing to try and value. The main reason is that we don't know exactly how it will all develop going forward, the unknowns of what third party large mining players are needed are too great at this point. Many companies are needed to take a district into production.

Rowka knew what he was talking about tbh, he had dug through all sorts in quite a rapid speed. Came across bad at times towards some other posters, but his enthusiasm for sharing everything he found was second to none. He saw what the greater plan was, it appeared as ramping at the time due to the company only releasing certain data, but he was right to be very excited. I hope he still holds and all the other characters we've seen through here to date, hoochy as well, he was deemed crazy by some on here with his £35 share price predictions etc. We now all know that we truly don't have any idea of exactly how large this will all get. Eurasia are in a rarely ever seen position at the minute and they'll utilise everything to extract every bit of value from it all.

Eurasia are going prime time with the Russian Gov as a JV partner, how easy do people think any future licensing will be?. An absolute doddle with the Gov as a JV partner!
