Volchetundra - 210 divided by 8 = 26.25 . . . . . . 26.25 x 15 = 393.75Moz

67.875 + 393.75 = 461.625Moz

Just a fun calculation using the average resource figure per km2 as a guidance towards the potential of the previously held license areas that were held in the Anglo JV days. Small metal price changes creates huge potential value changes.

2500 - 3000 was what was mentioned in an interview with Alexie at the back end of 2019. It should be a very chunky deal, as they're taking everything into consideration, including their expansion plans -

"We have also previously stated (see announcements dated 24 October and 25 November 2019) that we are considering all options for the Monchetundra Project including the potential sale - the resource potential here mentioned, as well as our expansion strategy on the Kola Peninsula as a future palladium district are key considerations in our discussion.' "

They have a planned expansion strategy, that will most definitely include heading back into the previously held license areas, the most obvious being Volchetundra which has the potential to make Monchetundra look like a minnow area lol

Something is most definitely being sold mjs94, the last mining plan type of data was dropped last year for 15Moz and the full capacity target of 1Moz per year. If they sell that as a parcel now, they could in theory move on to the other areas, prove up, gain mining rights etc and then sell them on as well as parcels in the future. We just don't know exactly what's being discussed behind closed doors, after all there are other potential transaction structures in place as non binding offers -

What would you do?. Personally i would go down the resource parcel route myself, sell it off in parcels as i developed it, creating many multi billion dollar asset sales over the next decade. That's what i would do, but, if a full acquisition offer came in at a level you couldn't refuse, then you would perhaps roll with that and save yourself 10+ years of more work. Who knows, that's the beauty of it, no one does which makes it that little bit more exciting tbh.

Now where was i, oh that's right, back to my day dream of a 1 trillion dollar potential area that Eurasia have first mover advantage over, tis a lovely dream i can assure you -

Now using R1ex's overlay, we know Volchetundra is 5 km from Monchegorsk, now look at Eurasia's currently held area, overlayed with a red border on his map. One open pit planned at the very North East tip would drag the first section of Volchetundra into the 5km legal exclusivity zone, just like that. You see, no matter which way you look at it, Eurasia's position has massive strength from a strategic view of expanding back into those 2 previously held license areas.
