The desperate articles always come out when people are desperate to get in, it's all reverse psychology. They want the sale pie dividends, they'll try anything to get as much of the pie as they can!

There isn't anything to be nervous about, Christian, Dmitry, UBS, DLA Piper etc are at the very top of their game.

Due diligence is complete and they're advancing several transactions concurrently. A very relaxed and feet up position should be taken, grab a Koka Kola to sip on to help calm your nerves.

They did, it was the reason for the FSP stopping. They RNS'd at the time. If you have held that long then you should know that. They found an acceptable offer/s and closed the FSP, all in RNS. You just have to correlate RNS to an accurate M&A timeline to understand what has happened and when.

We see competition for Nickel-Copper-PGM assets (with a similar basket of metals like ours and the assets included in our agreement with Rosgeo) increasing on a global scale".

Good for a pound when all info is released, that's the part people appear stuck on. If we had started construction at MT then things would be different, but, we haven't and we're all waiting the sale details, including the market.

Ordinarily we would get full DFS for whole of Monchegorsk with all JORC code levels and a re-rate. We're for sale, so full DFS, full JORC and sale details will more than likely all arrive at the same time. The market, and us, will not be any wiser until the details are out!

It all depends on what is being sold as to where this will go in the short term, certain scenarios and a pound would be stupidly cheap, we just have to wait and see tbh.

DFS and JORC takes it to a high value stage for sale, the part where the buyer gets it at slightly less than at production value as bares all of the construction risk, it is the most favourable stage to sell a mining asset(s) for maximum value.
What is being DFS'd and JORC's i here you ask -

"· Phase One annual metal production has now been calculated to be equal to 128 Koz of palladium equivalent, over 70% higher than the volume projected in the FS. This production volume does not include Monchetundra Flanks and Rosgeo JV projects which will be separately announced"

All of it, as that's how you arrive at production volumes etc. West Kytlym is already in production.

There is of course the purchase of NYUD to consider, that in itself is a M&A transaction and could form part of the several statement. We will still have to wait the for the deal details to see exactly what asset/s are being disposed of, the bank RNS of Oct 19 does hint at both MT and WK at the time it was written.

The SP is based on what the market knows which is as much as we do, not a lot due to it being a very water tight asset disposal. These are the very top level M&A people working on these asset disposals, there simply won't be any leak, we will hear when it is ready to be put to us to vote on, which shouldn't be far away tbh.

So, you value the assets to give you an idea, but, whatever you come up with will be very conservative with not knowing JORC figures of exactly what is being disposed of. Even 15MOz MT + Flanks original resource figure would fetch a sum far higher than where we are currently sat, even more so due to the Nickel, Cobalt and Copper which is on top of that Palladium equivalent figure!

It is based on the value of the ASSETS, not the present value of the company!

"Potential asset sale, FSP & other updates" - All in RNS, not one mention of a company sale. The market can't price it as it has no idea exactly what is being sold. They know as much as we do, several transactions are being advanced. Transactions to do with asset sales after the completion of due diligence, only the buyer, the Eurasia BOD and all advisers know what is being sold and at what price.

You value the assets to get an idea of possible outcomes, different scenario to a full company sale.

Look ladies and gents, the reason you appear to get confused with SP having a relevance is due to you being used to 'company sales' where you get a premium on the sp at the time. This is NOT a company sale, this is an asset disposal, a significant asset disposal at that, so, what is valued is the assets for sale and not the company as how it currently sits. You need to understand that part to understand that a SP premium sale has absolutely no relevance with Eurasia mining, it isn't a company sale!

I'm actually quite proud that they hate me and my posts so much, it's a real achievement tbh. They came to disrupt and try and get shares from newer investors and keep walking away empty handed, it really does suck to be them if i'm honest.

Separate announcements for flanks and jv, but, do see the JORC code coverage mentioned here -

Simply put, the whole lot is being put into a DFS stage and all under the JORC code.

Detailed metallurgical tests have successfully been completed by Mekhanobr Engineering that possesses the 90-years of experience in detailed design of base metals and precious metals processing facilities, industrial processing operations, tailing storage facilities, etc. More than 250 mining-and-processing operations have been constructed using their designs, now effectively operating in Russia and abroad.

Central Kola Expedition (CKE) has accomplished the majority of work related to the DFS that, amongst other items, included drillhole digital database compilation, wireframe and block modelling, and open pit optimisations. A detailed mining plan for the first 5 years of the mine is expected to be completed within 2 weeks. CKE has significant experience on the Kola Peninsula working for Russian mining majors including Norilsk Nickel, Polymetal, Acron, Eurochem and Severstal as well as for international mining majors including Anglo American Platinum, Barrick, B2Gold and Kinross.

Wardell Armstrong International has undertaken site visits and audited the Monchetundra drill core storage at the warehouse owned and managed by CKE, the quality assurance and quality control procedures and the work done by Gipronickel, CKE and other professional contractors of Eurasia.

Of course there is a big increase in resources, one of the big reasons is the change in metal prices, the higher prices today make more ore economically viable to extract. Ore with lower grades which would have been ignored 5 years ago due to metal pricing now becomes of significant interest as they always target what is economically viable to extract. Metal prices increase and more ore becomes economically viable which increases the target resource block.

Another reason is the more accurate recent studies done by Rosgeo and also the new JORC's being done by Wardell Armstrong, the more studies and investigation that takes place the more accurate picture they get of exactly what is there to target.
