Rostec (state company) are also involved with Federova, so, you can assume that they're fully involved with any asset buying at Monchegorsk from Eurasia imho.

You're all more than welcome. I still believe it is the consortium who secured Federova Tundra who is moving to buy and take control of what they can of Eurasia's at Monchegorsk -

(Gipronickel Institute LLC, Mechanobr Engineering CJSC, JSC Pana, Kola MMC JSC, Apatit JSC, EuroChem MCC, JSC "Kovdorsky GOK", JSC "Polymetal", etc.).

It fits the later planned production at Federova and it also fits all of the current work Norilsk are putting in at Monchegorsk, they're setting up ready for the district coming online, i don't think they can hide it at this stage. New railway system, new copper smelter, new wagon logistics centre etc. You just wouldn't do all of that unless something very big was planned for the area.
Federova is planned to come online in 2027 i believe, so, there's a large gap to fill and it will come from Eurasia's Monchegorsk assets as they're ready to go with DFS and JORC's done imho.
