That's just one example, most know how China has hundreds of companies who all require the battery metals that are contained at Monchegorsk.

The MM's are simply milking the situation. The metals Eurasia have are flying, their extraction costs are lowering . . . . . .

To China, this represents the cheapest route to secure the resources they need. War won't last forever and Eurasia's assets are nowhere near any conflict zone.

As those Japanese car manufacturers scale up their EV production, the Chinese have to scale up their battery production to meet the requirements. Simple logic tells us that the Chinese need to secure a lot of resources to fulfil the obligations of the scaled up battery production.

It might say 'made in China' on the tin, but, Russian metal resources will end up in a lot of their battery product range.

Everyone is crying out for Nickel at the moment, Russian Nickel is no different to any other Nickel in the World, it sells for the same price and it goes into the same products!

People always had to try and outbid the Chinese, i don't think they managed imho.

Rumour is, that in these type of situations China bid way over the top to secure what they need, they make their profit on the manufacturing side of products in house in China. They've been securing assets for years in that manner, out bidding all others fair and square.

My money is on them being the highest bidder here, Sinosteel will construct and a mutually beneficial relationship will be made with NN. This is just my opinion however, we'll see exactly what's happened when the deal details finally arrive for us to look at.

I think most astute people will realise that Eurasia are simply building a legitimate green energy company when they dig a little deep with their research.

Resources form where they form, no one is responsible for a geological formation, they simply occur where they occur.
Monchegorsk needs to be online to feed the green industrial revolution, there is no work around to that, the Nickel demand scenario has already hit a fairly crazy level as an example.

You can't achieve X without Y being online!

The fact is, even with everything going on 2,600km+ away, Eurasia are operating just the same as they would be without a Ukraine conflict.

The more pressure that is placed on Ukraine militarily, the more chance they'll compromise more towards the Russian view. That is the play at work right now imho, they've increased the pressure to get the agreement they want.

Something tells me that Putim has chosen this conflict now over a far greater possible war at a later date with NATO. He's done this now to try and avoid the NATO situation at a later date, i believe that is the method to his madness so to speak.

The more current pressure on Kyiv, the more likely they will agree to Russia's terms.

Something to remember, the buyer of any Monchegorsk asset is not looking at production this year, they're looking at 18-24 months time, long after any conflict has been and gone.

Their plan for resource expansion/supply line security has not changed. All Eastern people can still go to and from Russia as they please to do any business.

That aside, i still hope that this Ukraine conflict comes to an end quite soon for the innocent people there. I'm just being realistic to any Eastern business that is potentially heading Eurasia's way.

They're calm and focused on the strategy, the same strategy that has been announced a lot of times in RNS.

All other info remains the same as per RNS, no sanctions apply to Eurasia.

There is no point listening to any noise when we're all told what's whatby the BOD.

Kills deals, you see, not one of these new traders has any idea about the company.

Sinosteel contract is and always has been in place for Monchetundra, WK is already in production. Nothing can stop Eurasia, they ensured the entire operation was water tight from day one.

Go and ask the World where they'll get Nickel and Palladium from, the demand scenario has not changed. The situation has only applied more pressure on supply lines, look at todays Palladium price, it has only increased.

Absolutely no shorter got it right on the Eurasia business model and plan, they simply got lucky due to one man's military plans.

Shorters are just gamblers, period, they rely on getting lucky most of the time to make anything. The fact is, statistically, most shorters lose money. JUB going bust trying to short Eurasia previously is a good example of that. My long investor position will never go bust, i bought my shares many years ago mainly, my current paper profit may move around but that is all. Eurasia are still producing, Eurasia and nowhere near any conflict zone, Eurasia have their dividend structure fully in place, Eurasia are expanding operations at WK with draglines etc. Low rouble, high metal prices in USD only leads to greater profit, greater profit leads to more dividends.

I guess it's to do with that huge tank and artillery column which is advancing towards Kyiv as we speak. I don't think anyone wants to see a larger attack launched with so many civilians in the vicinity.

The generals perhaps didn't underestimate Ukraine, they may have held back their stronger plays until this point and that larger attack force is one of their stronger plays.

It's awkward when you're just sat here hoping for these peace talks to arrive at the stated peace solution isn't it!
