We are becoming more hands on with producers on selected films which should result in more control over the quality and financing of the films we represent , and should also lead to higher fees for Intandem as a result of the value we will be adding. To date, Intandem has been appointed as co-producer for `The Veteran', a £2.5m British film which is set to start production in June; `Devil's Playground', a British thriller in post production; and `Meeting In Seville', a Spanish/UK co-production based on a successful book.

We have completed one film (The Kid), which we expect to show at the Berlin Film festival in February, and have a further four films in post-production all of which should be completed by May, in time for the Cannes Film festival.

again today. We are now above the sp following the recent OO which cancels out any dilution and leaves TIG stronger to expand. Lets hope the rumoured T/O does not happen and TIG can see this through to the 20p + levels.

For those who may have missed the RNS around lunchtime we have good news ! Level 2 IGM now showing 1M buy v 0.4M sell. If anyone is out there its probably a good time to load up imo.

LonZim selling now cleared and we are free to rise. Now we can all see what has been holding back this stock. On the back of all the recent good news and excellent results it was difficult to understand why we were still lurking around 10p. This stock should now show its true colours !

The Group's revenues for the year were £155.9m, up 11% year on year. Adjusted profit before tax was £11.3m up from £10.1m in 2008. Adjusted profit in 2009 has been positively impacted by high margin one-off software licence sales of £8m in the second half of the year. It is expected one-off licence sales will return to normalised levels in 2010. Net cash at the year end was £11.7m (gross cash £36.5m) substantially ahead of expectations.
