Financial Review The financial results remain in line with the Company's expectations. The year has been pivotal in demonstrating the effectiveness of Lonrho's investment strategy, with all of the Companies operating businesses contributing towards a considerable increase in Lonrho's turnover and profitability · Turnover increased by 111% to £90.9m (up from £43.1m in 2008) · Net assets increased by 16.4% to £81.1m (up from £ 69.7m in 2008) · Loss before tax reduced to £4.5m from £38.7m in 2008 David Lenigas, Executive Chairman of Lonrho commented: "I am delighted that the Lonrho management teams have demonstrated significant progress delivering real growth and strong tangible businesses on the ground. Turnover for the year has risen to £90.9m and each established operating business is cash positive. Lonrho has produced EBITDA positive results for the year proving that the Company has delivered on its commitments. The solid foundations that are now in place across all five divisions, in seventeen countries, provide the building blocks for further development and profitable growth this year. Lonrho has minimal debt and with these impressive full year results, each of the divisions is in a good position to raise local debt to help fund further expansion.

SP Starting to climb up now. 4.89M shares traded

A good time to jump in and take advantage of the much awaited recovery imo. Downside appears way overdone.

badcall on iii : the tip you received is now permeating around the markets and I sense we are about to see some serious action here. I heard there is at least one very large player in on this one. AGR may be a relatively small operation now but is set to get very much bigger imo. And soon if rumours are to be believed.

Looks like this may be turning for the better. L2 looking good and some strong buying going through. Time will tell but I will be putting my hand in my pocket shortly if this continues to show positives.

Great news but little interest thus far on this bb. IFM has just gained around £4M which is likely to more than double the current market cap !

* Disposal of five films settles in full outstanding loan of $9.6 million * Appointment as worldwide sales representative for "Ghost of Slaughterford" and "Devil's Playground" * Total of 30 films now under Intandem's management Intandem Films Plc a London based international film group, today announces that it has disposed of its ownership rights in five films for approximately $9.6 million to ATF Holdings Ltd ("ATF"), a subsidiary of Arrowhead Target Fund Ltd ("Arrowhead"). The consideration has been used to settle in full an outstanding loan from Arrowhead for the same amount. The films were included on Intandem's balance sheet at a value of $3.1 million. The transaction will therefore result in a book profit of approximately $6.5 million, eliminating much of the Company's accumulated losses and significantly strengthening its balance sheet. The transaction will also remove any further interest charges relating to the loan, which amounted to £0.9 million in the year to 30 June 2009. Intandem has been appointed to manage the sales and delivery of the five films, taking the number of films managed on Arrowhead's behalf to 18, following the Company's appointment in 2009 to manage a slate of 13 films. Intandem will earn commission on all sales generated from the slate. The films include "Johnny Mnemonic" (starring Keanu Reeves) and "I'll Sleep When I'm Dead" (starring Clive Owen).

In addition, Intandem announces that it has been appointed as co-producer and worldwide sales company on a new film entitled "Ghost of Slaughterford", a British thriller which is expected to commence production by June 2010. The executive producer is Neil Marshall who directed "The Descent" which grossed over $57 million at the box office. Intandem has also been appointed as the worldwide sales company for the feature film "Devil's Playground" starring Danny Dyer and Colin Salmon which has completed shooting and will premiere at the Cannes Film festival in May 2010. Gary Smith, Intandem's Chief Executive commented: "We are delighted to announce the strengthening of our balance sheet through the elimination of a significant debt and we look forward to continuing our relationship with Arrowhead in the management of their portfolio of 18 films. "The appointment as worldwide sales agent to two new films brings the total number of films under Intandem's management to 30 and further builds on the exciting start to the year announced at the time of our AGM. We are delighted with the two new films and are very excited at the prospects of building on our slate of films throughout 2010."

At the risk of talking to myself here this stocj has continued to perform strongly even with the battering the markets have taken recently. Up again by 0.875 today.

On top of the rise last Friday this is excellent progress. Last nights presentation must have been a great success !

...It does seem that the 2009 results were the low point for Intandem. If the company can clear its balance sheet issues and the pipeline of new films continues to improve we see the potential for a major re-rating. Our forecasts assume that Intandem achieves a deal flow of 6 modest budget (average of £5 million) films this year rising to 8 in 2011. There is always the chance, with CEO’s Gary Smiths contacts in the film world, for much larger projects which given the operational leverage could transform the P&L. Even on the basis of our cautious earning assumptions and that the Arrowhead loan is repaid, the shares trade on a June 2011 PE of under 3 (assuming no tax is paid). We view a rating of 10 as fairer for a recovery play and as such can put an initial target price of 5.7p on the shares. Buy

kickin myself for not buying more earlier in the week...I may still buy more as these have a target of between 5 and 6p
