Me too Compass. I am long on IAG and can see this north of 800 in time. He has a habit of throwing in the proverbial hand grenade and then seeing what ripples it causes. If IAG can secure Norwegian, it should also be positive IMO,even though Norwegian are loss making. Hi Wolfie. Interesting to hear that you think Bramson had people at the AGM surveying shareholders, if only undercover. It would';t surprise me, given the investment he has made, I feel sure he would want to use the AGM to get a feel for shareholders views about how the BOD are performing and what, if anything should be done about it. To be honest, it wouldn't surprise me to discover that BARC are doing the same, although given the lack of concern by the BOD for shareholders, maybe they would';t bother. I am inclined to agree with you about once it gets to NAV BUT the big questions is , how long will that take ? My feeling is that it could be into 2019 before Jes feels compelled to do anything about the SP, unless Bramson makes a move before then. I am also of the view that Bramson is looking for more than 25%. Nothing to base it on , just a view.

Be interesting to hear what Bramsons proposals are .

Hi Wolfie Good to hear from you and thank you for the update on the AGM. Unfortunately , I wasn't able to attend so very grateful to you for being there. I think I would probably have gone for cheese , if I had been that hungry ! It seems that Jes had a pretty easy day of it , considering. I think everyone is waiting to see what Bramson's next move is, including Jes. I am currently of the view that his intervention has to be positive for the SP, unless he dumps his shareholding of course ! I suspect he may not choose to have a seat on the board, as they would be more restrictive for him, from an activist perspective BUT I doubt he has taken the step to own 5.4% of the stock , without a good upside . There again, activist investors are not always successful . Take a look at herbalife for example. I would like to see a break above 220 but it seems to be struggling to get there. The increase in the divi back to where it was, is welcome but frankly a 3.2% return isn't something to be shouting from the rooftops about. I think it will be 2019 before Jes is able to make positive moves on the SP , barring of course any further major fines, or provisions . take care of yourself Wolfie .
