That's the thing the BOD never gave us any info on actual bidders ... we know sod all of values, where or who these bidder/s were or are so we in the dark other than DD done months back and liquidity event coming..

Definitely a lesson learnt and yes the BOD dragged their feet far too long and this is the result now.
I don't expect anything back from this now tbh for a very long time now if at at all.

Iam here at 26p too and have nearly bought a few times on the drops buy resisted and obviously down Massively! I won't sell and will hold but definitely a lesson learnt here.

When selling something whatever it is its best to get the deal done n dusted as only then are you safe from collapse and failure of a sale. This took far too long and now its come to bite us on the ass!
Yesterday's RNS was expected by me but it was a sticking plaster as there's no way it wouldn't affect us.

Me too iam far too much underwater here so have to stick around. I still believe ECR has lots going for them just need some good management now . I just bought in two early.
