Stephen has made it very clear he does not care in the slightest about shareholders. His actions have consistently proven this statement to be fair. I thought the potential of the company outweighed this (after all, most CEO's feel the same way about the shareholder base) but I think I was probably mistaken about that. Going to hold on for now but I would certainly not recommend this company to any new potential investors who might have this one on their radar.

SOH is absolutely useless. Totally agree with you, lordload. Value destruction not only in the SP that is listed in the UK, but also the other exchange too, with that needless spin off. Even if he pulls off sweet (which frankly would feel like a miracle now) I think I am going to offload if I get the chance at a half decent price. Did he ever explain why he chose the Aquis Stock Exchange? Anyone here still retain faith in SOH?

I do not think a MBO is on the cards here. Not in this sector and certainly not at this point in time. I also do not see any efforts to suppress the SP here. It is simply a large seller offloading IMO. Anyway, I bought another small batch today around 17.30ish. Was planning on waiting for K being out, but am not the most patient fellow :) I now have more than I planned to originally, but having done some more thorough research than I had prior to my initial couple of quick trades, I do think I want to leave a few here for the longer term now.
Still hoping to get the opportunity to cash in a couple of my tranches, but as things stand, my outlook to this outfit has changed somewhat. Hope this is not the kiss of death :)

Spot on, MaryBR. You read some of these posts and see that some people have really risked far too much of their available cash in this stock, or other single stocks. Some clearly frustrated that others have got in cheaper than they have, having not had such a long wait or the anguish along the way etc. Or quick win traders, as if there is anything wrong with such a strategy! Anyway, I am going to hold off adding more until the increasingly hated operation that goes by the name 'K' has either reduced below notifiable levels or cleared out entirely (should we get an RNS that states a zero holding). If the opportunity does not occur then I have some at 21p, 20p and 18p that will hopefully realise a profit sooner or later. This one might need a few more weeks to play out, so some patience really might be needed, but not exactly a long wait - all being well. To those getting frustrated....log off and go for a walk or do something else. Life is short! GLA.

I picked up a few more and immediately afterwards the bid dropped. Agree with the opinion that the seller may be approaching that stage of frenzied selling. Have seen it happen before and once cleared, all being well of course, the direction of travel can change very quickly. I was not surprised to see the SP reaction today. When you have a large holder selling down/out, it was almost inevitable. Ready to make a final purchase if we return to the 16p level, but given I felt this was a good purchase price around 20p, at 18.40 odd it is even better IMO. But I could be wrong of course. Can wait to see what the next few weeks or months bring, if needed. GLA.

I agree. Total takeover, or nothing. IMO the total business is worthy of consideration, not just the studio side of the operation, but it will be the ii's who decide. GLA.

I like the concept of cryptos in principle, but in practice I am inclined to agree with those who suggest it is based on the greater fool theory, insofar as not so much being an investment or a store of value, but to unlock value, you need someone else to be willing to pay more for your alt coins than you did. While you could argue the same could be said for traditional assets, any I can think of actually provide you with something real - eg a roof over your head, or an industrial metal. Even gold which has very few practical uses, at least has a track record of thousands of years for being a store of value across civilisations. I guess time will tell whether Bitcoin or any of the other cryptos reach such a place. I have my doubts, although I accept the blockchain has value. Sadly, I think CBDCs will be willingly accepted by the masses - and I think a lot of countries probably look at China's 'success' with that social credit system and will make every effort to bring it in here and across the West. Chills me to the bone.

I think all responsible citizens should use cash to make payments wherever possible. The more people that follow the cashless model that is being driven, the more banks will use the data as justification for further bank and ATM closures. Not only does this greatly impact those in more rural locations and the poor, but it also accelerates the likely transition to a CBDC - which is really, really bad for us all. I am not even going to add an 'IMO' to that last statement.

I think these issues span pretty much the entire spectrum of PM miners; as long as the direction of travel for gold remains up (or at least not down for any sustained period of time), then no need to panic IMO. It is a hold, rather than an add, for me above 17p now. But fairly relaxed nonetheless. GLA.

Yep. If June had admitted that TT was a work in progress and not delivering as hoped at this stage - it would be too much to ask for an acknowledgement that she paid too much for the acquisition in the first place - then I would be more forgiving. Everyone makes mistakes and corporate decisions go wrong all the time. It would have been brave, but I personally would respect that and would be more inclined to support her, if she also outlined plans for getting it into shape. The danger, as I see it, is that TT continues to be a financial drag on the overall business (I am inclined to agree with you that it may indeed be loss making right now). If this continues, then it will hurt the company. Plenty of examples in corporate history where poor acquisitions have had long term damaging consequences for a business that was previously healthy and highly cash generative. But perhaps I am being too harsh. Still weighing up whether I want to return here. It is a decision that I am struggling with to be honest. Need more time to review the RNS and reflect more generally. GLA.
