Unfortunately with regards to the SP it looks like we will drop further in the absence of any more positive news. There was a time when an RNS like we have just had would have increased the share price or underpinned it at worse. AIM Cess Pit strikes yet again .

Hopefully some decent news on one of the fronts will get the propeller turning again.

I believe that most long termers here are of the opinion that irrespective of all the delays and fund raisings that we have had to put up with over the years there will still be a decent profit should any sort of reasonable deal be negotiated . I would expect that if the bod did manage to obtain any suitable offer then along with it would be a prompt package of discounted share options for themselves which would be voted through by shareholders more than happy to benefit from any deal on the table. Yes there is still just about enough skin on the bone for everyone to benefit that's currently involved with Sareum.

I don't think that we will get any where near some of the higher numbers discussed for a buy out or a licence agreement of some sort that once seemed possible. But do think we will get out of jail with a decent return. Wouldn't be surprised to see an update of some sort roll of the press before the end of next week. The recent trading pattern imo tells me that something is brewing in the background.

Hope you are right bailiff. It's about time that perhaps something positive will happen here next week actually happens. Fingers crossed.

Should have had an update by most people's reckoning on two or more fronts in January . As per normal a timely news update by Sareum is about as rare as a hens tooth. At every AGM the bod reiterate something like we hear you and promise improved communications to shareholders going forward.

Seemingly just to get out of jail on the day.

They do know in the majority of occasions imo . Where there is serious money at stake there will a.ways be an avenue for inside information to be made available to an interested party. Quite often when you see a 1 trade appear it seems that a RNS is issued the next morning. I am not saying that Sareum is leaky but there are always other parties which are involved and the more fingers in the pie the more hance of a gravy leak. Let's be realistic the AIM is in many peoples opinion a poorly regulated Cess Pitt. And imo there lies the problem and the answer to Smarts question.

Massive risks massive rewards.

Irrespective of the potential downsides we soldier on hoping for a decent return.

Getting some cash for 737 is the catalyst . The sooner the better. We seem always to have a viable plan in place but every year for one reason or another these best thought out plans always get put back a year. Let's hope its different for once this year and when the new year comes we will start with some momentum that will see us cooking on gas.

Not a bad summary in what you say Warty. You could have added I the RF funding disaster as well. Nobody at Sareum has taken responsibility of owning that unless my memory fails me. The consolidation as well was a disaster waiting to happen and it did in a similar manner to that of numerous other AIM companies that had gone down that route before. Sometimes we forget that the primary reason a company lists on the AIM is to raise funds to enable it to have the resources in order for it to achieve its organisational objectives and without a doubt along side comfortably fund the lifestyle of the major players in the company during the period they strive to achieve those aims. Because of the nature of the beast a successful conclusion of events here was always going to be a long shot with many unforseen trials and tribulations to overcome throughout the journey. That being said we are still very much in the game , the science has remained good enough so far to still give us a fighting chance of making a decent return on our investment should a deal of some sort come to fruition. We are all aware that the SP here can rocket in seconds should the right RNS roll off the press. Even with all the current uncertainty the bod could easily come up trumps and evolve from zero to hero. Worth keeping the faith imo expecially in quiet times between news when the share price is on its customary drift. No change. Still all to play for.

At long last a bit of respite for the SP today. Long may it continue . Seems someone knows something imo.

The thing that you never seem to understand joey is that more longtermers here than you realise have a balanced view. They are more than aware that at times between positive news the SP of almost all of the non profit making companies in AI M drift lower. They also are aware of the likely negative outcome that fund raising has on the share price. While the science remains positive here there will always be enough skin on the bone for a decent profit to be returned at the end of the day should any sort of deal be negotiated. Nothing wrong in holding with confidence and reiterating some of that well tesearched confidence on this bb with fellow minded investors. So no need to keep hammering on about all the possible negativities as if they are sometching that share holders here need to know. We have a balanced view of Sareums position and have made our choice which is fluid enough to change with every situation.

The science stands up as excellent but as an example the RF debacle shows in my opinion that the overall management of the company leaves a lot to be desired.

you are right aber, anyone investing in sareum is imo a 100 percent betting man. quite a few of us have bet a small percentage of our overall wealth on sareum coming up trumps. i had hoped that somehow the sp would raise high enough so that i could cash my chips in before i return to the uk from oz next saturday. not much chance of that. so like a lot of other long termers i will stick with my holding for the time being . i am wondering if i should sell up now and use the proceeds to pay for my family holiday to bless my youngest marriage in phuket next november or still hold for gold. knowing my luck i will end up with having just enough to buy one of del boys ****tails.

Like many still holding because the science is still exceptionally good. Just hope we don't end up like Jarndyse v Jarndyse. Nothing left after dilution after dilution and giving the bod an exceptional lifestyle for ever within the process.

Seems as a lot of folk are on holiday enjoying themselves. I have been bowling with family and friends in a place called Inverloch today as near as paradise imo that you can get. Good luck all Sareumites we could do with a bit of luck. It's. been a long time coming.

Still confident that we will manage to strike a decent deal for at least one of 1801/1802/737. But for a fair length of time now I have thought that some of the estimated valuations mentioned by posters have been optimistic rather than realistic. Raise after raise and delay after delay have been par for the course and we could easily continue down the same road. Would love for more but £1 per share would dissapoint some but would be OK for me.

Come on Sareum . Get your finger out .

Glad I interpreted correctly that it wasn't a problem with 1801 from the last RNS. All my holding still intact and will remain as long as the science stands up and I believe it will continue to do so.

I am still annoyed with the RF disaster that left us reeling. Nearly sold out here over that. Glad I didn't as like many I have averaged down and am in a reasonable position with my holding. Another preventable disaster was the consolidation. Let's hope Sareum have learnt from these and somewhere along the line we are not being set up for getting shafted number 3.

Off to Oz Friday until 14th of December. Hope for my RNS alert to be buzzing with a stream of good news while I am away.^
