I was sure a deal for 737 would bring the first piece of good news we were waiting for.
Although the initial up front payment is disappointing . I believe with the potential income stream we now have the odds are swinging toward a takeover for the company lock stock and barrel assuming the current trials for our main product proceed as expected.
Two for the price of one would still leave us with a massive return on all of our investments even those who are considerably under water at the moment.
Same as many other long term holders, I am very confident of a very positive end result.
Atb guys, keep the faith.
Hopefully a decent bit of spin on some positive news will result in a spike to the beleaguered and battered SP here.
We need a deal or a joint venture or the like imo to send the shareprice towards the levels of our top line expectations .
In plain terms to make an astounding difference the news will have to be good quite simply because at the moment the company isn't making any money.
It is what it is
After some fairly turbulent years with some fantastic rises and substantial retraces we are unfortunately for the moment anchored at the current mediocre level of SP
Still all to play for though
I for one will be glad when the fat lady finally blurts her swansong . It's been a long time since the legendry 10 out of 10 with the mice encouraged me to invest here initially.
A fantastic entry price for the brave as the science remains brilliant while the prospects of the company are as positive as they ever have been.
Still very much throwing my hat up in the air with the bulls and of the belief that a massive pay day or two arejust around the corner.
Just the normal AIM cesspit where EVERY non profit making company will see its SP trundle down during periods of no news. Nothing unusual at all and in my opinion nothing to do with the performance of the bod or the prospects of the company. The MMs will drop the price to encourage trades , sells by the panic stricken and buys for the bottom pickers.
Nobody knows when a positive RNS will roll off the press. When it does the SP will fly with no one being able to buy in anywhere near current levels.
For me anyway the conspiracy theories fall on deaf ears , entirely laughable considering the tremendous potential here on a number of fronts.
For those that are heavily underwater here unfortunately this has become an all or nothing share.
That is the nature of the beast.
Hi Malbrun
Nice to hear from you and good to see that you are still invested
I won't be buying any more , will stick with what I have which is a decent holding and would be more than happy to start to top slice at about £3.00 per share should we start on an upward trajectory rise in SP at some point as expected.
I think that positive news on 737 will be the first thing that will happen and am content to just wait and see.
All the very best.
If the right sort of news falls then the SP will go up like a rocket in a flash
No one will be able to buy in anywhere near current levels
The Sareum SP is following its normal trait that has been evident for years which is to drift down on no positive news
Just my opinion but buying in here at three times the current share price will look very cheap on delivery of the right kind of RNS
Happy like the majority in a positive mode to sit and hold until something evolves here for good or for worse
Hope to get the same sort of return on my investment here as I did on the last huge spike.
I totally agree with Aber
Because SAR have 27.5% interest they are sure imo to be party to any negation surrounding 737.
When Parker stated that SAR have no involvement in ongoing discussions I found that hard to believe.
Maybe no direct involvement but they imo will be kept in the loop.
I would have thought that anyone interested in taking 737 on would have numerous queeries regarding the nitty gritty that the bod of Sareum would be more qualified to answer.
Back from OZ Sunday. Nothing much has seemed to have changed in the last month or so.
Hope that the investor presentation gives us a few tasty morsels to chew on.
Same as a few other long termers I thought that the RF finance was more of a bridging loan to be utilised before positive news unfolds.
Probably all in for me now after evaluating the risk v reward ratio that I am comfortable with.
Off to Melbourne tomorrow from Heathrow and back on October 8th. Will be looking out for the red dot that we all believe is fairly imminent.
Atb guys
You are consistent PUMA
You seem to be focused on the posts on this bb 24/7
And just keep on repeating the same old sarcastic garbage
I bet there are more than a few who post on here like me who are so very glad that we are not you
The good thing is that once news of a deal or takeover emerge you will disappear like a puff of smoke and similar to the other previous trolls that have visited this board from time to time you will be binned into the annual of time forever.
You are right Carter
How much or little we choose to invest here is our choice alone.
No doubt there are some that have considered the risk v reward factor and put just a fraction of their overall wealth into their Sareum Investment while others will probably be overweight here and sweating on the outcome and also there will always also be the odd gambler who will have begged stolen and borrowed to go all in .
Without a doubt there is a lot riding here for many of us in different shapes and forms.
Let's hope whatever each individual investors requirement from their holding here comes to fruition and that when the fat lady sings everyone can celebrate.
What I would like and its in the wind I can feel it, because its about time that the herd led by the legendry Mr O made a reappearance on this board and help save the day.
There has been reports of a fleet of Viking ships sailing up The River Bure and camping down last night in the car park at the Inn at Acle Bridge. It must be him and his motley crew as it has been rumoured that the cheque paid to the owner of the premises for the ale and biddles consumed during the evenings raucous festivities has bounced .
It is expected that they will arrive within the week in tandem with the positive RNS that we we all await.
It could be this Thursday.
It should have been obvious to everyone with an interest in Sareum that we would need some sort of funding.
It was hoped that some sort of deal regarding 737 would be concluded early enough to give us the finance required to continue the existing clinical trials before we had to consider other fund raising options.
The coin is still spinning up in the air as to whether we make a significant profit on our existing holding or this pans out like a Jaundice v Jaundice where all the money in the pot is used to pay fees of one sort or another and at the end of the day there will be nothing left for us in the kitty.
I fancy the former option.
The bod have by raising these funds have once again guaranteed their wages for the near term.
Let's hope that they can deliver to provide an acceptable return for us the shareholders here in the not too distant future.
Well I am going to buck the trend
I don't believe it is Thoths shares that are being sold. I reckon they are long gone.
There is no doubt he had the number of shares that he said he did but my take was that he did a fair bit of trading in his time , imo he took a good bit out along the way and I can remember when he said his health was declining that there were some very large sales going through then that I presumed were probably his.
