Ok sellonnews I understand your concern now, that’s true maybe they can do an off market transaction but I doubt that would be their intention when they have been long term holders since day 1 and they themselves have requested changes to be fulfilled before providing the funds which includes a growth plan, I’ve invested on this basis. If you are looking for companies with investors that cannot sell off market then I’m not sure that will be easy to find, in any event it is very likely off market transactions would not effect sp as they would be done off-market in my opinion

The dilution doesn’t concern because the financiers have entered an orderly market agreement for 4 months and further to that they are long term holders originally buying shares at 5p, the investors themselves have requested the growth plan and management changes which is further suggestive of their long term ambitions with the growth of eqtec. Liberium capital put us at 3p target with this news factored in and we were at 3-4p pre Bercheva so no this doesn’t concern me at all. Rather it is positive and promising to have our long term backers offering eqtec the financing it needs to deliver these changes and its contracts pipeline
