Hi Mark, they could have forward sold agesssssss ago , they were institutional investors with the business since 2013 and ones that demanded a change in management and growth plans, they invested previously at 5p as well so on this basis it is very highly unlikely any downward movement on sp will occur as a result of this but appreciate your concern and hope that helps address in someway

If buyers go for this dip , the shorter has got issues so do mm as free float is very small

They can’t sell dealer because they are restricted 12 months as per re-list document. Ebioss hold a diluted non-majority restricted shareholding now as well which I’ll repeat they cannot dispose of! The reason the sp is hovering here is manipulation by a shorter. If you ring your broker, they might confirm this for you.

Yeah the contracts and revenues Portfolio would send this to very high valuation but if you consider that the deliverable folio is 70mn then really we are quite undervalued even at this level which is why liberum most probably rated this at 3p levels pre news
