Well, at least until the MM's have their usual game of TILS whack-a-mole :(
Was hoping for a nice RNS to give us that TILS Friday feeling but none forthcoming. Think I'll hide away from the paper losses!
At this point I'm hoping StemprintER gets sold off with announcement of bid accepted but sale date not confirmed as it is seemingly the only thing that will raise the sp (demerger may well drop it further). Phase II testing announcements and patents ain't gonna cut it (no immediate generation of money). A date for leaving AIM might but the BOD is taking it's own sweet time on that too...
Have a great TILS Friday everyone
The NGC meeting starts at 10am PT (-7hrs). No idea when it finishes but likely to be after close of play on the LSE today.
I'm gonna go for high of 165, low of 140 and we'll somehow end up at (drum roll please!) a stunning 145 ??
Not a dumb question at all. Most likely it relates to a conflict of interest i.e they could be on the Board of a company TILS will be working with in developing products. Not got the time (or know how!) to do the sleuthing but sure someone here will look it up and find out!
If StemprintER is held up by HRMS hopefully the BOD have tasked someone with accelerating the jump to the main market. QTR3/4 is too long to wait when it's only a 21 day notice period.
Besides, it would be nice timing to give those AIM MM charlatans a good kicking for their game of whack-a-mole with the sp the last few weeks with a Friday morning RNS announcing the departure date. Revenge is best served cold just before a Bank Holiday weekend!
What equates to adding 10% to shareholder value? If it's purely +10^ from the sp of 147.5 that bar is set pretty damn low!!
Big blues on Friday? TILS Friday's are such fun but with traders full of positivity before they head off for a long weekend it's all set up nicely.
Novice42, definitely would be well positioned for a takeover but they'll have to pay a premium for it if more and more states legalise gambling (remember that the Jeffries note targeted 305p-330p based on what is already accessible). Could see them holding out for 18-24 months so as to maximise the value but probably not beyond that.
In the meantime, enjoy the ride! Will hopefully be paying dividends again by the end of this FY, next FY at worst so growth + income = happy days!
Just consolidating before rising again.? Three weeks ago from Monday opening to Friday close there was a rise of circa 30p on the week. A week later for same period it went up circa 5p on the week. Last week? Up circa 30p once again.
Same pattern to follow? Hope so! I get paid Thursday

So... up to 165, back down to 155. Welcome to week 3 of TILS whack-a-mole :(
Hopefully the next two RNS are StemprintER demerger cut-off date and confirmation that the notice period being given to AIM has commenced.
Wasn't 21 days notice also mentioned or am I confusing it with the notice for the jump from AIM? If it is correct no wonder we're getting dicked around on the sp. Plenty of forewarning and time to dip in and out
We are. But I'm getting sick of this game of TILS sp whack-a-mole!! Thankfully its the weekend.
Sooner have it late-afternoon. If it's available served blue after 4pm it comes with champagne!
NFL has no games until 10th September as no pre-season this year. Once it kicks off with the first game live on CBS broadcasts the William Hill logo won't be out of viewers sight for very long until February. Onwards and upwards :)
I wouldn't expect too much from this tbh as its probably in response to the good Dr being appointed to the OKYO Scientific Advisory Board yesterday according to their own RNS. This just shows we haven't lost his services/expertise
Market reaction at OKYO? +1.18% on the day
I won't pretend to know how shorting works or what TILS can do to stop it but am concerned that even good RNS and resulting price bounce gets flattened by NASDAQ the moment it opens...
With the US daytraders clearly paying no heed to patents and 21 days notice for StemprintER demerger what stops the TILS sp being beaten down to this point once again after that announcement comes and then even further post split? (I know TILS tells us it has no value accounted for in StemprintER but the market will surely subtract some of the price for it from TILS sp when the demerger happens)
Also, given 21 days notice and knowledge of what has just happened repeatedly to keep the TILS so from going and staying up would actual investors not wait for the next rise into the blue off big news then sell knowing they can get back in at a far lower price given the US market can turn a big jump virtually back to the opening price each day?
Information/advice appreciated from you sage investors! Am proud to own shares in a company that may well have a huge impact on humanity but am also looking to make money from my investment as they do so! Was within touching distance of profit at £1.98 but now back to nearly -16% paper losses
Hopefully the BOD has a weekend re-think on its PR strategy and sends the RNS on Monday morning confirming the cut off date for owning shares and getting the spin-off in Accustem. That will bring the price back up cheering up the placees and everyone else to boot.
More importantly a plan is needed on how to avoid the stock just rising until the cut-off date and then dropping back again once the ex date passes and the sell-off begins. In this industry that's easier said than done!
What else? Tomorrow is Friday! Usually get some RNS then and the sp flies!
