Yeah, you are dealing with computershare, via hsbc, hsbc must have its own rules because computershare usually stops accepting forms 3 days beforehand. Send an email to computershare asking what their deadline date is for proxy votes, then send that to hsbc.

Chances are if you are using a broker that your shares are held in a nominee account. As a result your individual name won’t appear on the company’s shareholders register, but the nominee company will. If you fill in the form with how you’d like to vote and ask your broker to fill in the nominee Dara if applicable, including the name and address, they will have a hard to ignoring it.

Just to weigh in, this is deemed a corporate action, the American equivalent is a reverse stock split. The idea is to make the share price look more attractive as in reality. The price being this low with millions of shares being issued makes the stock look like crap. Likewise a stock split is used to drop the price of an expensive stock to make it look cheap/attractive.

What I would warn of is that normally, a share consolidation usually proceeds a name change and a number of other things that are essentially going to make the company appear different, such as a name change. I do actually think voting is necessary to block this action, in reality it’s time for bh to go.

Not like we didn’t all see it coming after the news about results…. We knew it would go to 0.01, just wasn’t sure how. No options for taking BH and Board in front of judge then? At this point we may as well combine all our shares into one account, block ever decision and ask for constant meetings just to play around with the board like they have us.

It’s not a who is right and wrong game, really it should be a case of shareholders coming together and being more active and engaging with management to get answers. Rather than drowning in the cesspit, we have to find a way to swim

I get that we are trying to remain positive here, but there is a tendency to repeat here. Drop some positive news about results/soil grabs etc, a week later drop a retail offer with a new lower price l. I imagine we are targeting 0.001 this time. So if anyone wants to get one up on the institutions, sell now and take out a short position, then buy back in after.

It’s exactly this, no communication is worse than bad news, at least if we have news we are all aware of what’s going on. No news leads to lack of faith in the board, the project and just general toxicity

We do have a choice, it’s just not a nice choice, as it incurs taking loss. I’d suggest that if investors haven’t already done so, it may be time to start contacting the company directly via any useful contact information on their website. Otherwise the communication issue will keep this share price suppressed
