Strange dealing patterns with IMM for an extended period now, with every indication of an underlying bullish sentiment.
Today for example, I cannot obtain a quote to buy even 20k within the spread.
To sell however, against the spread price of 5p, the bid for 10k is 5.156, yet the bid RISES to 5,2509 for 100k.
If a small purchase is concluded, the MMs immediately up the offer by 10%.
Intriguing .
Good to see our 51k poster declaring his holding.

TERN holders have demonstrated great resilience, alongside loyalty, whilst they monitored news of the relentless progress being achieved by the investee companies as these moved towards full maturity and a first exit.
The PIRES announcement could well indicate that this wait might be coming to an end, as Impactful news will in consequence undoubtedly be released over the next few days.
Wardy elsewhere:-
"Its a crap company Pires full of dross, what the hell Sisto wants it for is anyones guess, is it some sort of ego trip because that is how it looks to me, we have more than enough ammo in the portfolio now without taking on more incubators who need feeding, don't let Sisto anywhere near it ,if you do you are moving the goalposts further and further away from any exit and bringing in more placings , if he wants more companies sell something we already own and do it the sensible way not by buying with our stock and diluting us with dross."
There seems to be a universal inclination to accord the PIRI proposal a "red light".
Our thinking could of course be altered , along with the downward lurch in the TERN share price, if our BoD would only spell out in some detail the rationale behind the offer along with specific assurances as to how any enlarged group would be financed without recourse to yet further dilutive and corrosive placings.
I believe that such a briefing will take place in the short term.
It does though need to be razor sharp rather than "woolly", for we have had quite enough of that pulled over our eyes over an extended period.
Over to you Mr Sisto !

Device Authority are first and foremost across many examples.
WOW !!
An there you have it !
In response to sweepie posting details of a new and very positive Wyld partnership , Ytee howls like a banshee about DA !
To unbalanced and corrosive, I should have course added " incorrect".
Sweepie is at least his own man; one able to understand and discuss the numerous pros and cons of TERN as an investment vehicle.
You "green box " folks are on the other hand restricted by your paymaster and scriptwriter to promote an unbalanced and corrosive agenda.
There are numerous exceedingly positive and dynamic aspects visible across all of TERN's investee stable.
Your refusal acknowledge these positives serves to weaken if not destroy your attempts to denigrate what could well be a very decent investment opportunity.
I am not a particular fan of Williamson as he appears deficient in certain key personal qualities.
The potential revenue figures that he blithely quotes just make no commercial sense as they are way too prohibitive to be generally acceptable.
Fortunately, whilst the trolls scent blood , Wyld is just a pleasant diversion ,remaining one with plenty of potential.
The real money however remains firmly behind DA and FvR where they are right on cue to deliver significant shareholder value.
Thanks for your constructive response rhodi.
In my book, a good CEO will only ever reveal part of the his hand.
As regards the contentious issue of the US listing, it is probable that there are multiple considerations each with many strands some of which would be imprudent for the Company to debate openly.
I am confident of either a good outcome, a better outcome still, or even one that we could all consider the very best(troll excepted).
Hi rhodi
I have great respect for your historic positivity regarding all things TERN.
The BoD have delivered five investee companies with untold potential.
For me ,headed by Al Sisto, they have managed success of David and Goliath proportions, whilst not taking excessive remuneration and thus having no obligation to apologise for anything.
My eye is on the further progress of our investee companies and then on one or more, part or whole, disposals.
If you wish to sully the pleasure of being invested in TERN by focussing on the attendant negatives then such is your prerogative.
Better though, from where I stand, to enjoy the ride, whilst offering loyalty and support to those who have brought us to the cusp of great potential rewards.
if G Rees keeps bumping into things for he is possibly blind .
Alternatively he could choose open his eyes, remove those blinkers and enjoy the ride along with the rest of the crew here; for TERN = one amazing investment opportunity.
TERN's share price was always about to rise tomorrow morning with this potentially signalling the commencement of a significant 2022 re rating .
Today's appearance of the G(reat)Rees surely underscores our optimism.
If you are not "all in" here yet then NOW looks a good moment to get fully loaded
