Just how long will it be before the spread is adjusted downwards in order to reflect reality.

0.66p to buy in size this morning.

Is Minoan about to deflate any remaining bullish sentiment ?

Although someone bought 500k+ today , the offer has since dropped even further.

A more realistic spread is currently 0.65p / 0.70p.

Alternatively, should you prefer desalination plants and multi year structural chaos, then one can invest in Minoan and its master plan for the region.

No wonder the monks don't (and wont) buy it !

"Minoan is having frequent discussions with the Public Welfare Ecclesiastical Foundation Panagia Akrotiriani (the "Foundation") on an updated agreement concerning the Company's Itanos Gaia Project (the "Project"). The Company will update shareholders regularly on progress towards a conclusion. Alongside this, the team is moving forward with the environmental studies required as part of the final planning process. Both actions are assisting in the discussions on the final format and shape of the initial agreement with the first of the hotel groups."

Quite some way to go then.

But does the Foundation have the will,will ?

They might well need more working capital to enable any ongoing/future scale up.

Whilst the occasional PI might acquire a few Minoan shares, there will be no serious buying interest until such time as the next major cash raising dilution is out of the way.

How come the Foundation never seeks place before Minoan investors any confirmation or indeed rebuttal regarding the decades long issuances of erroneous development timescales as provided by the MIN BoD ?

Surely they would have sought to be represented both legally and financially at the recent GM if the scale of the Project runs into so many £100 millions.

To my mind, the more the BoD promise, the more the prospect of moving matters forward recedes.

We are advised that "trust" has been rebuilt (!/?) and that the Foundation are no longer worried about Minoan's ability to provide the many financial guarantees that will be required.

REALLY ?

Bigwil7 says to read the third paragraph again:-

"the Company can report that in recent weeks it has had a number of discussions regarding third parties taking meaningful interests in the Project. These discussions are being actively pursued and, if successful, the Company will make the appropriate announcements in due course"

The trouble is that many similarly worded RNSs' have been issued by Minoan over the past seventeen years.

In my opinion the lastest offers no hope to investors; for who would invest in this project when the decade long battle with opposing environmentalists looks likely to run and run.

Investors should do the same.

The "prize" is that bloated inventory figure which in reality will prove to be much closer to ZERO than the £40million+ fantasy figure quoted in the Minoan accounts.

The runners up prize is a PI wipe out via an impending overwhelmingly dilutive share issue.

Whatever the story in Balamory; I would predict that massive dilution is on its way down the tracks; sufficient to terminate any future PI interest in the "Project".

(Happy to eat humble pie, in the unlikely event of MIN coming up trumps after two decades of ZIP ALL)

It might indeed be, "all to play for", but sadly the PI is unlikely to be on the teamsheet.

Again, the "transformational news(that is) is supposed to be on the way might soon be RNS'd.

Even so, transformational can works off both a positive and a negative axis.

"The other resolutions will be for the authority to issue up to 120m shares to settle up to GBP2.8m of balance sheet liabilities in order to improve the security of the balance sheet..."

Today's announcement implies that creditors are being obliged to accept Minoan paper at around 30p in the £ in lieu of the settlement of current liabilities amounting to £2.8million

Not good news then, in any way, shape or form, for the remaining creditors of circa £5million.

It is recognised that the first sign of madness is talking to yourself and that the second sign of madness is replying to your own conversation .

SP's internalisations are destined to be filtered purely because they lack any balance and integrity.

True to form, on the occasion of a lull in activity, our resident SP bully boys are out in force attempting to denigrate the TERN investment case.

Nevertheless, the chart clearly demonstrates that the TERN share price is heading upwards.
