George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
This is just the calm before the storm IMO. I also think that many investors (like me) thought that funding was closer to being secured than what was implied in the last update. The share price will start to nudge up again as we approach the time when the market thinks a funding announcement could be imminent.

This guy, money sponge and matt bull being heavily invested makes me even more confident that we are on to a good thing here
It's a matter of time IMO Sievco and i completely agree re the upside - just some patience required. The capex is so low and the IRR so high that this project has a good a chance as any of getting funding. With the Directors having significant skin in the game I'm not overly worried about dilution either.
You mean the sodium batteries that are much larger and heavier than lithium ion batteries and therefore more suitable to stationary applications? ACP is targeting the EV market. Why do you keep posting negative comments on a share in which you obviously don't have a holding and on a Friday night......... you need a girlfriend and a hobby sir.
Absolutely Ohmni. It's only a 6% increase in the number of shares in issue and whilst not a premium raise, it was competitive compared to the current SP. If the capital is used to get us over the line to "shovel ready" then it won't make much difference in the long run. GLA
These are the same derampers that were posting when the share price was less than half of the current price. I didn't listen then and I'm not listening now as I'm sat on a profit of 110% and still not de-risking in the slightest.
The capex on this is incredibly low and the IRR is almost unrivalled. If you aren't happy to invest in ACP then i'm not sure there are many AIM stocks in which you would be happy to invest. This project has a good a chance of getting finance as any other AIM stock and when it does the price will rocket.
I doubt you have ever been invested Miz and have sour grapes about missing the boat. GLAH
Thanks Micky - really useful posts. Now that HL is working solely on the finance, you would expect progress to ramp up. Also the new CEO with a lot mining experience adds credibility to the company and why would he join at this point if he didn't think there was a strong likelihood of the company attracting the required finance? This is always the hardest part of investing - patience!
I've been holding here for 3 years and happy to hold for 3 more so not really concerned about short term volatility. Just think what this will be worth once financed and producing with binding offtakes and you will have sweet dreams!

Exciting to think about the possibilities Jamtart. Sorry if you've already seen this but if not it's worth having a listen, in particular 8 minutes onwards. Gla
Inappropriate gzkid. A person tries to add to the bb with purely factual info to help other investors and you try to discredit. We all have losses on aim but the market in general goes up hence we win overall. The returns are higher on aim due to risk and its an under researched market so there are huge opportunities - we get in ahead of the II. If they bought in at this mcap with an investment that was worth having to influence returns in their fund it woukd inflate the share price and wouldn't be worth their while. A deramper I suspect. This company is 15 mil mcap and once funded and producing the returns will be huge. There will be some dilution to funding but the director's interests are aligned to ours so the deal will have a net benefit. That was the polite way of saying do one
There wasn't too much new information outside of the recent interviews but they did warn us of that prior to the call.
What I did learn new this evening is that it sounds as though they are testing the water with financing the project at this level of capex and may adjust the DFS to a lower capex if attractive finance offers cannot be secured. It all sounds very positive and I have full confidence in this BOD.
What was also interesting for me was when he explained how this project could become strategically important. If we have a potash producing mine then a takeover when the share price would be much higher could result in very attractive returns for shareholders.
Happy to hold and add on any dips personally.
Interested in your and anyone else's thoughts.
