Talking of that, they are maybe trying to assure people about the potential of the assets. They could have tweeted about when Repsol decided to study hydrocarbons in Georgia 5 months ago it just happened to be ExxonMobil. Repsol are also a supermajor and they already are in Georgia.

I assume they don't have anything to announce just now. On the ASX announcement they clearly state "6 of November 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market." It can well be tomorrow...or monday. GLA

Further to the announcement made earlier today in relation to Oilex Ltd (Company) appearing in the High Court of Gujarat, India, the Company announces that the matter has been held over until tomorrow, 16 October 2018, to allow for final legal arguments to be heard following insufficient time today.

The Order, which was originally put in place on 9 August 2018, automatically expires after 5 November 2018.

Trading in the Company's shares therefore remains suspended on AIM pending an announcement tomorrow.

Lets just hope court case gets done and dusted for once with a positive outcome (whatever it is)...GLA

Same as last year, people waiting for the xmas pressies then disappointement settles in and everyone gets annoyed. We all know there is huge potential but don't get heartbroken if it doesn't come before xmas, negativity settles in and sp goes the wrong way because people panic. Just sit back, keep an eye on and enjoy it. GLA

That being the case, this can be considered as a nice top up opportunity for some LTH. Typical panic sell In the morning but buys coming in now.
