Talking of that, they are maybe trying to assure people about the potential of the assets. They could have tweeted about when Repsol decided to study hydrocarbons in Georgia 5 months ago it just happened to be ExxonMobil. Repsol are also a supermajor and they already are in Georgia.
"On May 28, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the LEPL Oil and Gas State Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia and the Spanish petrol and gas company REPSOL.
