Agreed Chips spot on . However you forgot silver which popped over $50 recently I stack silver more these days but I have built up a tidy collection of both metals. & Sitting pretty . LLoy & NWG are my gold & silver equivalent in stocks although I would call NWG the gold !

Kin do a comparison between LLoy & NWG for a year you will see a very similar pattern so just a bit of leveling out prior to good news being released. I sold of 20% of NWG earlier in the year but NWG still my largest holding in p/f with LLOy 2nd ! FTSE100 at an all time high as well . FTSE 10000 & NWG 600+ by end of year is on the cards unless another world war starts but have a great weekend all . Eagles playing sunday so all investing stuff on hold till monday hopefully lucky 20 !

Cant believe I am getting jealous of LLoys who have hit another 52 wk high ! Wonder wot is holding us back ! I hold Premium bonds but more for the buzz it gives you when you get confirmation you have won a small prize ! Personally bonds are a mugs game but i hold the max value to have varied accessible investments. Never won a life changing amount myself like some on here but i applaud anyone who has !
