So as a investment company he could raise another 3.5 to 4 million pounds if he wanted to and with Virtualstock looking to list on the american market in a year or so,he could issue more shares on the market for further investments and making sure that all loans are paid and his wages. I think this is good news, more investment into vs now at 7.2%, big expansion plans in a matter of months into the US and don't forget we have £173,000 coming back from Manas at the end of the year with the option of another 4.5% of the company, if the company needs to raise more money for more investment and wages i have no problem with that, as i can see in the long run this will pay off big time.
