Warren, it's not the funders who do the due diligence on the inventory client.
It's the syme team.
There's a fee for that and once it's performed they are onboarded to the platform where they can upload inventory and receive funds.

You may not appreciate the need for it, but there's plenty of industry experts have wrote lengthy reviews of the shortfall in SME funding

It doesn't show as debt on the books.
It's aimed at providing working capital to SMEs , many of whom can't get a loan due to short business history.

If you did get a loan then you'd be continuing to get loan after loan, filling that gap between invoice and payment , which can be rather long.

What syme propose is a far deeper due diligence based on inventory flow .
