Today they are executing lots of sells at the same price and time to hold it down while they buy bigger chunks

Next week they will be putting lots of small buys over the ask so they can spoof it to sell larger chunks at a higher price.

This has been happening since RTO.

After all why buy 8000 shares by way of warranty when you can buy 30000+ for the same price normally.

It's less than £6 so it's got some comedy value to it.

No need to learn Italian, I can understand AZ perfectly well, it's not difficult.

But next year I won't be going to the AGM , for the sane reasons I didn't this year.

Because I dint believe a word AZ says.

Though I commend all who grilled him this year, it was obviously he fobbed them off.

It may of been the last guy that echoed my biggest issue. ..(apart from the background trading) AZ is quick to bang out outlandish RNS but fails to tell us when those things don't happen. Just leaves it in the wind.

As for my portfolio , sold all but two holdings to buy my house about 2 year ago .

Well , as the board stated , they thoroughly examine every RNS , so I don't see how you can say NASDAQ was the inventor getting over excited, I wasn't even that long ago.

Anyone can see that even I syme do really well it would still take years to be able to list over there..

So why even mention it. 😂

Of course if the CEO knows and infact helped facilitate the lending of large shareholders shares to a dodgy entity with the intent on trading them then that would add up, along with pledges to buy shares and large sell offs before the April fools rns ..

All points to insider trading while we take the brunt .

It's amazing that not only us nobody talking about that gem of information that got AZ flustered , but one person on here was actively mocking the large shareholder who turned up at the agm and revealed that information

I care about the whys of the last 4 years because its relevant to future behaviour and likelihood of him doing the things he states are imminent.

Incase you missed it, we were sold a story based on things that were not true, or never happened and had no explanation as to why, which is why most are down a ridiculous percentage.

If people like you and 2g2d weren't giving lame excuses or making things up , I'd have no reason to sit here bringing up these points.

How about you tell me why AZ put out an RNS stating syme were investigating how to get listed on NASDAQ?

Come on, give a plausible explanation.

After that, explain why AZ pledged to buy shares if the price got to X (considerably higher) and it fell fractionally short. Why not just buy more shares at the lower price?

Again, give a plausible explanation.

Then.. explain how and why he was allowed to buy a company at a price multitudes of its real value ..

After that explain why AZ listed syme with 36 billion shares in the first place?

If you can give some believable insight into those points I might overlook your incredibly condescending tone and believe your anything more than the next salesman with the same set of excuses under yet another profile. 😉

You are talking to people who've lost 98% of their investment due non delivery, misrepresentation of facts, ridiculous RNSs about listing on nasdaq and pledging to buy shares off himself , all things he (az) did to try and pump the share price while he's trading and his mates are offloading at our expense.

The blokes a con man and we've got no choice but to see if he pulls a rabbit out of a hat for once or sell and accept our loss.. but still the carrots dangling !

What convinced them was a sales pitch.

Same thing that convinced the previous investors, the ones before that and the ones before that and before those US!

You can paint it however you want.. there's a reason he's had to keep going to different sets of people , because after he fails to deliver , the previous set don't want to give him more money.

You need to stop making things up and then a day later asserting those things are likely.
