Jacob is trading , he doesn't need to short, he's manipulating the price up (through spoofing) so he can sell large chunks then manipulating down (through spoofing) to buy back. Repeatedly.

That's not the same as naked shorting, which is legal here.

You can naked short it, which takes a lot of shares.

But to open a short would require someone allowing you to do so, they are taking a bet it goes up while you take a bet it goes down.

For you to make money, they have to lose money,

I wrote to quadrivo 3 times to verify information in the RNSs stated by syme.

No response.

That has been stated by people who claim to be accountants, but also by an actual set of members on a known accountancy forum (yes, they actually have forums)

It's the original argument that true sale doesn't hold up to accountancy standards.

Yes there's been selling down, but to say there's been no bad news is odd.

Every rns kicking the can down the road was bad news.

Telling us he was going with a sole funder was bad news, despite the effort many put into painting it as good news.

Every single accounts release was bad news.

Telling us to date no investment was made, from the loan shares money, was bad news.

Getting suspended was bad news.
