And ECP wouldn't take syme shares as payment to the value of 40m because syme isn't worth even 10% of that and for it to be worth £40m it relys on the market being convinced it's worth it, and people buying shares to drive the price up..

And not just to 40m, but many multiples of it, or ECP would literally be majority shareholder.
