Personally I think the loan shares , all of them, were just a mechanism to use as a scapegoat while TAG trade the life out of any rise..

Dave, AZ introduced a large shareholder to Jacob to borrow his shares to trade, because the shareholder needed some capital.

Now that guy isn't going to be paying him back I'd imagine, because whatever he got for them , they are worth a fraction of that now.

So he's essentially in control of at least 9bn shares that we know of.

Now that's all legal, but is it morally correct?

And if he's introducing large holders , how do we know he hasn't done the same with his own shares?

I mean he doesn't even vote on incredibly important resolutions and he hasn't for most of them.

The rational steve , was watch for the last 4 years as someone manipulates the price up or down so the can buy or sell at better prices.

Sometimes 100s of trades at the very same second for tiny value , considerably over or under the bid or ask .

Day in, day out, for years.

Means the price went up because of spoof trading, putting in buys over the ask , which has been happening since year 1 of rto.

It's been manipulated since forever by those with large enough holdings to do so.

Why would they just wrap it up when they can keep paying themselves until the last minute.

The evidence was the valuation and the amount of shared they started with.

That was day 1.

That's what attracted the negative attention in the first place.

There were 32 billion shares ,the only reason to have 32 billion instead of 32 million was so the share price looked cheap.

Companies may end up with tens if billions of shares after years of dilution, they don't usually start with billions.

The evidence was there as soon as AZ valued the company at the price he did ,he even repeated the process with tf and rtop.

That was the first red flag.

Then it was listing with billions of shares to make it look cheap to us suckers, and it worked..

Then it was outlandish pipelines that they later admitted were actually massively inflated.

Then it was failing to hit any deadline or why they even wanted to announce self imposed deadlines in the first place apart from the obvious attempt to pump..

The list goes on, you know it does.

So how can you sit there and say zero evidence?

It was all there from the beginning.

So were the teams of people posing as investors to justify everything that az said and never did and point the finger at anyone asking questions..

All classic boiler room activity.
