Just had a thought, if 'well underway' means the same as before the current drill holes could have been 150m-350m at the time of writing the 19th august RNS. Why would they risk telling us there drilling the new SE extension if the hole could be a dud and drop the SP.
I'll be looking out for a spike in the SP from a leaky drill team....

On the 12th of August RNS it stated the 5th and 6th holes were 'well underway'. We then had confirmation of completion of these holes on the 19th of August 7 days later at 500m and 670m depths.
In the 19th of August RNS they said the 7th and 8th holes are 'well underway'.... So I'm expecting an RNS next week that hopefully shows extended mineralization in the SE extension. Maybe Thursday or Friday?

Here's hoping some good assays back from first two holes with a bit of gold to boot and SE extension has a few hundred metres of mineralization!! That should get the SP moving.

Glad they have told us the next holes are in the new IP area. 7 and 8 are the holes I'm interested in.
Lets see if we can it some new stuff to the SE.

Even at $5000 copper, 2mt sold at 3% SP will still be in the 30s. I'll be happy with half that so I'm sticking around for a while longer.

I'm not worried about another placing till June next year. The current 8000 m and assay will take us up to year end. If the plan is still to do 20,000 then I would say second phase finish around middle of next year, providing we are still using two rigs. Also providing the second raise is still enough money to cover the phase 2. They did say it would but only they know what the bank balance looks like. By the middle of next year we should have accumulated between £1.5 and £2 million from the African assets so maybe that will help postpone a raise. And I think if we are raising more money next year after phase 2 then it mean phase two went really well and the SP won't be where it is now for the 3rd fundraiser...... These are just my thoughts and fag packet calcs. GLA

I was playing around with some figures on the 3.6km strike length. It doesn't take much to pass the 2mt.

Screenlearner, good analysis. I would like to add I don't believe even the assays of the first few holes will make a massive difference unless they hit major world class grades of copper or gold, the first holes seem to be in the already known resource. What would see a large increase in the SP in my opinion is an increase in size with good grades in the SE and NW. If we could hit a few 600-700m of mineralization in new territory, were on to a winner. I can't see any significant uptick in SP for another 8-12 weeks or till we start getting news on the SE anomalies. Just remember the SE could easily double our whole resource.... Woo-hoo!!

Btw it's only currently a 7 day lockdown.

I dont think will affect the drilling team as I assume they will just bubble up. They are there 7 days a week working 24hrs a day in shifts. It may effect the assays coming back on time though if they are not deemed essential workers.

Lol that would be easier. I've had a look and can't make it out. Btw I've estimated there's about 100 metres of half core in each bag.
