You are right to get angry about this. Look what its doing to our mental health. This is Friday night and look what we are doing. Think collectively the FCA will have to help.

At this point, I dont see it now matters who was really responsible for the position we find ourselves in. What matters is that shareholders finally get the chance to exercise their rights to have a real say in the future of the company.
We effectively own most of it at this point. It is important to break the wall of silence between the BOD and shareholders. It is totally unacceptable. We should also have a say in the actual salaries the BOD enjoy and be able to firmly establish the payment by results concept.

Ashburton 7, had same issue with AJ Bell. Contacted them and asked for proxy voting form. They told me the proxy vote went through them and all I had to do was send a secure message saying no to all proposals

They just follow the money! No way GB companies would get a sniff until the pandemic status is lifted. I think we will still have issues actually as the government would not want tests around that may just show up their choices were inadequate or the "sainsbury's of c19 testing" lol

GoonerBoy, is it possible to contact OSAG directly to let them know we have emailed Walbrook about out intention to support the action group that will pressure them to address all the issues discussed today and put forward a clear plan for honestly building this business. They will be forced to acknowledge it is actually more ours than theirs. We need a clear record of how many No responses there have been to avoid further fudging!

Does anyone know if OSAG should keep a record of all of us shareholders who are sending our email confirming our "membership" to the proposed action committee? Would be a way to avoid any fudging of the voting results.

A collective lawsuit could be good if we could get much out of it.. they're not worth that much lol, but if we are forcing them to act responsibly through the no vote, might be worth waiting to see how they react first.

Finally received a positive response from my MP in the home town of the Mologic TechnologicalPlant. He has said he is willing to "press the government for answers and action" on the issue we have with British diagnostics. He has taken the time to research the problem and has come to similar conclusions as share holders.
He continues:
"I totally agree that we must boost manufacturing capacity in the UK. We are over reliant on the Chinese industrial structure, which is essentially controlled by the Communist Party.

.. Well at least MI5 are onto it and with BJ on the way out, does that mean the domination of the Chinese LFT industry here begins to weaken? Ive read there have also been issues with Chinese "spys" in other large companies such as GSK where power has been weilded in extortion cases.
Also worrying about that strong presence in Strathclyde enabling further spying to happen.
