Youre right, no point at all in going over the history again and again. Surely all genuine holders here just want to see a good outcome for our investment in what looked to be a company with enormous potential. The ins and outs of its evolving history, however, appear to be complex and make it so hard to feel any trust or even optimism in its future until we truly have an accurate handle on what the BOD really have in mind for the company. If we cant insist on transparency, respect and communications that fill us with confidence that the BOD intend to carry out their duty of care towards us, the frustrations will continue, we are likely to be generally disregarded, and the future of our investment looks highly dubious. This has gone on for far too long! In making a clear stand, the company has to take us seriously. Maybe some of what they say is true. We need to find out. May be useful to enlist an agency such as UK Individual Shareholders Society who could act as professional arbitrators in this situation-like a decent union. Its a not-for-profit organisation run by investors for investors. It costs £45 for an annual subscription. The more of us that subscribe, the better imo
