Tried now with half of my holding 760k shares 1.26p offer.

Absoluteley rubbish situation but I'm holding either way.

Could sell all mine when it was much higher but it’s still dropped considerably from there.

Directors have also committed to buying at the placing price of 0.13 $0.95 million worth subject to shareholder approval

Very testing at these levels especially when you can’t sell a great deal of your holding even if you wanted to at these levels. I’m in whether I like it or not

Can’t even get a quote to sell any more than a couple of hundred quid worth on HL.

Would be nice to get a prepayment for use of our rig so we can finish Itumbula then let them have the rig while we evaluate the well?

I’m hoping ours is a top up to the current cash balance rather than full drill cost. Time will tell, I’m still holding and hoping.

They did the same in August this year when the price was 0.26. Placing at 0.22 and raised 12 million dollars

Maybe we will get some news tomorrow after this evenings quiet spell.

Very interesting part from the RNS

“The Company considers the free gas as potentially material to

its early monetisation plans and intends to revisit this gas intersection as soon as possible with a

small, low-cost rig for sampling and flow testing.”

Will it cost the company less to drill itumbula because the TD is much shallower than Tai 3? Or is the cost difference negligible?

Exact wording from the Audited results on 15th November

"The year ahead promises to be an exciting one. We are fully funded for our ongoing drilling campaign at Tai, the results of which will soon be published, and are funded for the follow up well at Itumbula."

Is what was said in one of the RNS’s. They may not need the full cost of the drill for Itumbula. Could it be that only a top up of the current bank balance is required?

If it’s much less than people think (given the share price most must think they need another £50m) we could see a jump.

I’d be happy to ride a wave to 3-4p if it ever comes and jump off this ship. Here’s hoping.
