Whatever the explanation, it's odd.

Why would anyone buy 898,570 shares at 1.50 at 12.30 pm, and then sell exactly the same number for 1.33 at 14.15? At a loss of about 1,500? Doesn't make sense. Was the initial purchase a mistake? or did he/she see a better bargain somewhere else?

Share buybacks don't make a lot of sense if you are likely to be thinking about issuing more shares in the future.

Remember they have a mine to build, or is it two?

Best hold the cash - except of course that encourages raiders, of one sort or another.

Surely they cannot allow the current situation to remain unresolved through the Christmas period. That means they have to act this week to resolve the standoff, and call an early EGM. Otherwise, without approved accounts, the NOMAD surely cannot allow trading in the shares to continue. The holiday period is an unwelcome complication, but there it is. The clock is ticking!
