If anybody's interested, there is zero possibility of any movement on Irish fossil-fuel projects before a general election (currently due early 2025). The Greens simply will not allow it, and if Minister Ryan wobbles he will be pulled back in line by his own backbenchers.
It is one thing for a broker to invite you to take part in a placing. Apart from the fact of the placing, that does not of itself involve privileged information.
It is a different matter if company management shares confidential information with a potential investor.

Isn't it illegal to give advance information to one potential investor, before it is generally available? Isn't that the definition of insider trading?
However, the figures from the half-year report show cash of £2.9m at 31.12.22, as against 4.3m at 30.6.22 and 5.6m on 31.12.21. Once the cash figure falls anywhere near £1m, they have to raise. With trials going on, I think that time cannot be far off.
