I think there are a lot of nerves around reopening after what happened last time, thats how most of us got trapped after reopening went crap and we had to shut down again, we have to be patient for confidence to build that Boris wont completely backtrack and go back into lockdown :P Im seeing a lot of articles about barely any social distancing at pubs and that, shock! They write exactly same as that IDW character, saying they will invest if things start looking better but they are probably already invested or their paymasters are paying them to dampen spirits of private investors. Once you have been invested in Cineworld for a number of weeks you start to realise EVERY article is to dissuade people from buying. You kind of grow a hard shell around the part of your brain that gives a crap what they say :P

FI - They still recommend to ostay away from Cineworld in that article aswell if you read right down
