The price has to be above the thresholds at the time the periods end. Then they are obligated to hold for a further 2 years after.

"In relation to the EPS Performance Condition, the applicable Performance Period shall commence on 1 April 2021 and end on 31 March 2024. The EPS Hurdle shall be the base for comparison against EPS for the subsequent Performance Period.

you cant just say its not doable without showing your workings out? I am just going by what calculations Amigo have done, im sure they have extensively looked at the figures. How do you know its not doable? Do you know how many claims there will be? (minus the ones who have been dealt with)

we are still on an overall upward trajectory, the shorters will undoubtedly try to prolong the inevitable. We are being held right at the bottom of the channel atm and will continue channeling upward until it is able to break the lower trend line, which they have not been able to do yet.

38.5p on the £1 was the estimate mentioned in court, no one here is blindly ramping. That 10% that is mentioned in the "set-off" section of the scheme page..doesnt say customers will recieve 10% redress. Its referring to the fact that if your redress claim is greater than your existing loan amount then you will get a part payment in cash (which is an estimated 10% impact)

if infact you are speaking about this exact quote? "If your redress claim is greater than any loan amounts that you owe, you will receive a cash payment under the Scheme in respect of the balance of your claim (currently estimated to be about 10%).

blindinvestor - please show me where you saw that Amigo had "played with 10p in pound option - if the same thing happened it would be less than 1p in pound" I have never seen anything saying 10p on the pound come from Amigo, so would be greatful if you can show where you saw that
