Imulhare - all u have to do is the exact opposite of what Cramer says and you make absolute bank
Its not sudden interest.. iv been in the telegram for a while (possibly almost a year) and things are not as rosy as they are allowing people to believe.. you will see they will announce by end of the week about no trains and dont know when back on track.. just dont get caught holding the baby
Trouble is that this mcap is priced as if all going swimmingly.. if they were transparent and RNS this the market would wake up and see its overvalued wirh current situation of no trains.. and doesnt look to be a quick fix with so many NS train derailings with hazardous loads.. just my opinion

I think you should just try to move on having made the decision you have made Elvis.. no one here asked for you to become the other peoples money saviour. We have seen you reincarnated hundreds of times over the last few years. Just move along to your next venture, or sit on the sidelines and watch how people make or lose money without panicking.
We've never heard that one before 77brigade
Okay but why on a cineworld board?
Hey, my post was quality because as soon as i said i had sold (jokingly) the price started to rise about 3 seconds after
Sp barely moved what are you on about
Mountainous - good to have you back, even if only for a while. Just staying hopeful for some kind of recovery, you never know, weirder things have happened. Would be a right kick in the teeth if we are left with nothing/close to nothing and then the company makes full recovery off the back of this years movie slate. We shall see.
Babydove - throws, us? Why is there an increased presence of those who have nothing to add to the table apart from to shout abuse about the CEO. Or call for complete shareholder wipe-out.. hmm i wonder.
Ri - there is precedent set by the very same judge from 2016 chapter 11 case i posted the link to for shareholders to get 4% of newco.. but do we have the shareholders with enough brass to hire an attorney to represent us in the same way 16 of their shareholders did and succeeded..
If they sold regal for 4bn the rest of the co would crumble under the debt.. worse that the whole group is now

"The Authority has observed that in the current IGCEP-2022-31, there is huge emphasis on utilizing indigenous resources and more than 77% of the installed capacity will be based on the said sources. The Authority considers that in the changing global dynamics there is a need to even further increase the use of indigenous resources of energy. The Authority directed NTDC to further review the said proposition and provide a scenario including both the C-5 and 2 x 1320 MW local coal projects in the next iteration."
Think they are saying the importance of including Thar block VI as its one of the 1320 MW ones mentioned..
Jedclampit - they reported a $200,000,000 loss on the accounts.. but also right there to see is $187,000,000 of deferred revenue so Cine were a lot closer to profitability than you think. If im not mistaken, maybe Wolf or another numbers expert can let me know.
