Also Sharebel 145th .. why bother making stuff up
it has indepthwins as 19th biggest ramper.. when he was quite the opposite.
i forgot that volatility meant it can only go down..
Sky is Murdoch owned and seemed to have something against Cineworld in their reporting through the pandemic..
I cant see any 10p predictions on Twitter..
Why is Vue the only one breaking confidentiality? They are not who will end up winning any takeover bid.. bigger names will show their hand last minute through legitimate proceedings.
Don't bother, we have all taken our positions as we wish. Don't need to hear people trying to influence others. It gets boring and depending on what you influence people to do, could be very costly or create missed opportunities. Just let everyone make their own minds up what to do. When i see people like Hussart saying now is time to sell panic panic everyone panic.. it's just ridiculous.. grow some balls.
Wolf of course they wont go public with their intentions.. they have possible signed NDA's if they are involved in any way..
But all i know is that Walt Disney would be turning in his grave if no one snatches at this opportunity they have been blocked from taking for so long due to Paramount decrees.. I wouldn't write of Disney as a possible bidder just yet.
Seems like some sort of fowl play to me.
Wellington - and this is why the creditors have professionals working on this. Rather than someone who would even suggest the lenders take a haircut when all they have to do is keep funding this venture to one day succeed, kind of like us as shareholders averaging down.. and one day we will be right ;)
excited*
Let me know if you would be interested in calling an EGM to fight for our money. Or if we should just sit idly by while an II swoops in and steals our equity. Also the board on stupid salaries for a startup that hold little regard for its shareholders, dont you think?
until BEN tempted me.. didnt even make it a day after payday until this tempted me.. nightmare
yet to see Naheed actually get a single project to production.. starting to wonder if its not a vanity project or to fund her shoes and handbag collections.

Sheikh forward selling.. then he can spend the next few months that we dont need to raise, buying these shares back little by little closer to .17 (the ridiculous discounted price he got this placing, with more to come probably at a lower price)
Of course Naheed is spending the money to fund the project that Sheikh owns 70% of (oracle energy).. and hes also working his way to 30% of ORCP practically free.. feels like a right fleecing.
Deano - Why do you like to hangout in a place full of delusional people. Seems odd to keep coming back. Or is it like on Rick and Morty where they leave their Jerry at daycare. You are just another Jerry. Trying to fit in with the other Jerries.
I was wondering how they possibly got down to $4,000,000 before declaring the urgency of their finances.. it doesnt make sense for such a big company to get right down to $4,000,000 cash on hand.. surely
Can anyone confirm if the $398m debt was due to be paid in full by or on August 31st 2022? Was it needed? please tell me it was needed
This is quite interesting
Request No. 37:
Documents sufficient to identify the basis for the obligation for the $398 million IC due to
Augustus 2 Limited by Cineworlds Holding Limited as of August 31, 2022.
This appears to show that Cine made a $398m payment in one go? Which would be the cause of only having $4,000,000 cash on hand and creating the urgency for Chapter 11? Should definitely be explained if they used all that cash when they could have just paid it in instalments and had the liquidity to last through that quiet period anyway?
If they have done that and we end up with scraps from chapter 11 might be a claim there for ****ed off Cineworld shareholders??
