why do you keep referencing MoOky having 22%?
doesnt have dissenting shareholders yet wolfie.. yet. We can see they are planning for all outcomes.

re: Cineworld's dissenting shareholders settlement
Could be interesting.. not Regals dissenting shareholders.. Cineworld's.
Is that synthetic meat the same as Bill Gates synthetic meat that causes cancer in humans? That crap is not replacing meat any time soon.. even ever!!
Yes, because no matter what anyone says. They cant legitimately argue that the film slate is/will help.. just wait until people see how Mario performs.
This month alone:
Scream VI
65
Creed 3
Antman
Shazam
john wick 4
dungeons & dragons
If anyone can have an argument saying this won't help.. would love to hear from them.
Picture this: September 2020, MoOky refinances a Barclays/HSBC loan via Sand Grove.
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/CINE/refinancing-by-major-shareholder-of-cineworld-wefxex5l73zr2my.html
MoOky used his 20% holding as collateral on the loan.. Sand Grove and the city boys pump up the shareprice over next few months and by March 1st 2021 they manage to get the shareprice to £1.25. This is where they begin offloading all the shares to short sellers (each short seller staying below 0.5% reporting threshold).
MoOky knows they will eventually use chapter 11 to buy time around the 3 month quiet period Q32022, so doesn't bother to buy back his 7.9% GCT sold in 2020. https://www.reuters.com/article/cineworld-grp-stake-idUKL4N2B22AB
Which he will buy back as soon as we emerge from Chapter 11.
The lenders know what they really want, it's to make CP disappear, and to gain a substantial equity in newco so they will lower the debt by about 1/4 - 1/2 in return for equity swaps at a price set based on a forward looking valuation.
Everyone makes money, apart from the short sellers who get squeezed into oblivion (MoOky always hated the shorters)
Thankyou & goodnight, thats my little theory called Bouncebackability.
Forgot to add this link after the first sentence, so imagine its there.. https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/CINE/refinancing-by-major-shareholder-of-cineworld-wefxex5l73zr2my.html

IF the sealed docket was entered by individual suitors losing faith in Cineworlds conduct of the sale.. would it say (filed by Cineworld)?
I wonder what Cramer thinks about Cineworld.. Should we buy/Sell Jim?
Whether the 'suitors' wish for liquidation and sell off piece by piece, doesn't matter. Its simply not what's up for discussion here.. I think what really happens will be a shock to everyone, one way or another. I remain hopeful for a positive outcome for everybody.
Would appreciate your view of the accounts now they are out..
If that was 100% you wouldn't feel obliged to spend so much time convincing us. Just sit back and relax with your short position? Good luck.
LOUD AND CLEAR .. the lenders are not stupid.. the film slate is picking up as we speak.. with 4 movies this month that should perform well. If you can remember the interview with MoOky when he said "I'll be happy with 1 a week".. well now thats becoming a reality. The tables are turning.
fill the gap between 3.3p - 4p before weeks end?
its theirs for $8bn
Great one, how can i get them mixed up when i have never pretended to be 2 different people..
Dont forget to keep your fingers in your ears when the announcement comes about no trains with no date given as to when they will return to 4 trains let alone the wishful thinking 8 per month.. maybe you can keep topping up now if you are so confident.. im not confident in the way this news has been hidden from lots of people while a small select group get the info well in advance. But each to their own.
"So why then have they just converted debt to shares?"
"The Company has also agreed with MBU to vary the conversion price of the proportion of the Loan Facility that is convertible at 60p to now convert at 30p."
not my fault if you cant figure out for yourself whats happened, but MBU sell down on 7th right after first train derailment .. then pay down a small payment equivalent to 5% of one train load to ACAM.. then MBU renegotiate the terms of their CLN's to give him double the convertibles as 60p aint happening for some time with no trains coming.. ahh well im done wasting my time. Back to telegram where you can actually learn something. hope to see you there.
You just cant help some people penstock.. first train derailment 3rd of Feb.. (more since)
7th Feb MBU sells a bit of stock at 18p when the price was 24p..
Knowing that no trains were coming..
I know the risks of my investment but why bury your head in the sand and call me a deramper when you dont know sod all about me and iv been probably invested longer than you and followed closely .. i just think its underhanded to not send RNS so everyone is aware of the situation and sell down stock knowing we are in for a bumpy ride as it is..
I was just trying to help people on here who may not be on the telegram, to perhaps stop people from getting trapped from a recent buy when the whole telegram has forward knowledge what is to be announced by the weeks end.. i wont bother in the future.. but im not a deramper.. and have a nice holding..
