The deal CIZ have done relates to the aspects of az1656 that they were due royalties on ( through SGS). I believe that our royalties relate to covid 19 therapies only and not the other anticipated spin offs of the drug.? However I also think we may have bought into the other aspects by our investment in Igraine....but to be honest its all pretty complicated.

Leaving all that aside it seems that conduit wouldn't need to engage in any of this if they thought the drug was a lame duck, and as they are about to float on NASDAQ they may be expecting big things shortly?

I’m reading it that they ( conduit) wouldn’t do this unless they are looking positively on the commercialisation process and future profits ?
Will they negotiate the same with Vela?
If so we would get back what we put in plus some ….

I understand perfectly. There have been times when the CLP/QBT board was good banter, but it has deteriorated somewhat.

I always keep an eye on the trades. Some of mine even crop up from time to time too ;)

Remember : people make entirely legitimate investment decisions with a view to being tax effecient . That doesn’t make them tax dodgers . You completely misread FD’s comment , just as you have done to pretty much everyone else’s.

It's hard to blame them for this drop. Its more likely money temporarily moving elsewhere because of the long drill time. The chances one way or the other remain the same....

Jambone: Reflection made a perfectly valid point, politely stated without getting personal. I gave it a tick as a result, despite not knowing whether today's rise is based on a leak , solid researched investment strategy, or purely rumour. Going on recent history it is more likely to be rumour but a welcome rise nonetheless.....

Well I have a few on paper from my Friday trade, but won't be selling below 1p ;)

I got back in with a limit order sub 3p, having sold at 3.6 a week or so ago, for no other reason than I needed the money temporarily. I didn't expect it t drop this low but as you say Noel, it is an attractive gamble from here even if it might drift further before news.

Whether he was real or not Addison has made all the classic mistakes including not investing what you can’t afford to lose., selling out at a loss, buying back in , selling out at a loss again etc etc
The one positive is it is now likely to do a spectacular rise on the back of nothing just to rub salt into his wounds. It’s a cruel world AIM ….
