Addison: you can go wrong at 1.35p if you bought at 3p+, or anything above 1.35
You can go wrong topping up /averaging down at 1.35p as this may be a staging post on the inevitable drop back to 1p.
It’s all a gamble and a risky judgement .

I had sold out at about evens a few weeks back ( not even enough for a tin of beans;) in one of those mini spikes
I have bought back 250k of those at average just over 1.4p including 20k of shares just under 1.35 today .
I can’t tell you with any certainty I will make money even at this level , but I was correct in jumping out at 1.75.

It’s tempting at 1.345 to buy !

I expect the bid to range between just below 1.4 and 1.6 this week without news.

If news lands it depends on what the news is. Last weeks was, on the surface good, but I suspect it was already priced in, and possibly wasn't quite as clear cut as had been hoped for...i.e 7 years to get the courts to adjudicate, and then a possibly prolonged battle to actually get the cash

There is an extended 'better' weather windowing the North Sea from Thursday/Friday next week for a good 5/8 days

Incoming here pretty much covers amount owed by CL17 to 'group undertakings' (i.e bond debt). So this result gets QBT back to ground zero, after a lot of hard work. The Mediaplois claim would indeed, if successful move things very positively forward.

RKB thinks FG will pursue this and accept a quick and much reduced payout (lets say €7.5 m) as the defendants will want to avoid more years of legal hassle. I hope he is right, but let's see the payout here first....

I think the award was priced into the current share price . If no appeal and quick payout then there will be a boost …but this has nothing to do with the current strategy . If you read CL17s accounts this is pretty close to what they anticipated . No doubt a positive moment after so long .

RKB: it wasn’t a negative post . Pretty close to my original prediction years ago if circa €4.5/5m eventual payout ( excluding accrued interest minus potential tax)

Being Italy I am guessing the defendants may take a while to cough up ….
