I think this is being bought into substantially behind the scenes whilst off most people’s radar . Be thankful for the opportunity

I initially only saw the CLN RNS and thought here we go …. But the two in conjunction and the CLN being further support from the Lang family make this a very positive bit of news !!

Looking forward to hearing about the imminent 'authorisation' capital raise by AlbaCo and the subsequent final approval of their full banking licence. Also waiting to hear on CHPs approval to be a major holder in AlbaCo (10%+) which should be the green light for further 'significant' investment by CHP into AlbaCo along the lines of the recent RNS.

Expect a consolidation around 1000:1 when the dust settles..which would be 3.5p at the current mid price, but I would expect it to be nearer 10p+ minimum when it comes to it which is 0.001p in today's money (3xcurrent price for starters)

The RNS of 3 weeks ago ( upon which there has been virtually no comment) in which we have committed another £1m ( separate from our initial £1m investment and todays investment) as part of the 'authorisation' fundraiser for AlbaCo...or at least to get us in a good place in the queue of potential investors!

"The Company has entered into a subscription agreement to commit up to £1,000,000 of funding to AlbaCo as a prepayment towards Caledonian's participation in AlbaCo's forthcoming authorisation capital raise. This funding provides near-term working capital for AlbaCo while ensuring Caledonian's position in the wider capitalisation process."

Presumably our new investors think their money will bring more return here , even starting at 0.04p, than leaving their shares in AlbaCo. Does anyone know if that was their full holding swapped, or just a portion?

Our % holding in Igraine will be about 1.5% at best after all this . But interesting to see how it goes .
