FG has been tenacious in pursuing this and deserves credit for seeing it through this far, even if there will be some hard work yet to do.

To the extent that the sideshow of the mining algorithms was a sideshow to keep the lights on whilst pursuing the longterm litigation is a matter of debate.

Current value of CDT holding £1.4 m

Current CODE holding £0.6m

Together would give more than the current mcap !

It was higher, but it is a big VELA investment....currently valued at £590k and pushing into positive territory from the original buy in price(s). Up over £150k on year lows

Could the deal be announced today?

Since having been in and out if this since CLNR when it was around 1p , the company is often late with announcements…and often pulls something out of the hat .

It would be a big gamble buying in today , but the rewards could be very good …and the downside is largely priced in already .

Tempted ….

Todays VELA rns was jus a change in % not declaring the holding for the first time. Vela have always stated their holding …just Truspine did not . However it looks like there is much better governance here now which bodes well for a positive future 👍

Decent start there on good volume again....

Big volume day on CDT today

Vela have stated they still have 6 million shares and the current listed market 'bid' price is 2p = £120k. Whether they could sell them all for that is another matter. Original investment price was 5p.

Whether one things that TSP is worth anything going forward is another matter but the market values the company at just under £3m at current share price.

Good RNS from GCON ( Rural broadband solutions). One a minor investment though.

Maybe the market has had it right all along . Value vela at its live listed uk investments and discount CDT entirely , not the other way round which most on here had been assuming .
